  3. I want to get people committed lmao. That would be top tier RP. 100% the devs wouldn't bother with all of that noise, but a fun idea. Imagine if APD called in a medic to "eval" a suspect and the guy could get detained in the asylum for up to 15 minutes if the medic says so. Hilarious, but no way in hell they'd allow it.
  4. Syrta would be a massive no-go since it's so close to spirits. It'd be too competitive with meth, and the lords on high can't have that going on. If you can't have a wong in Syrta, then it wouldn't be fair to put one in either of the other turfs. Therefore you only get wongs in the city. Such is life in the big A.
  5. The absolute state of APD in 2025. Terrible display. Very sad! You hate to see it! Our police are a mess. Just give the funding to ABI. ABI are terrific people. The best law enforcement in Altis. Never anyone better.
  6. FiveM econ is the best route. 100% Asylum ownership need to look into that as a long term goal for the community. It would have a wider audience.

    I wish they'd actually make the seasonal quests worth a fuck. There should be lifetime quests for every money maker, from meth to mining, and there should be a tasty little buff at the end. I remember on V2 they had a lifetime quest for selling flawless diamonds. Every time a shipwreck spawned people would race there so they could make progress on the quest. Once you sold like 1k flawless or however much it was, your chances of finding them went up. Made mining and diving more profitable. They had a similar thing for nuggets. Imagine if you had these long, grindy quests for each money maker, and in return for doing them you could sort of "spec" into a certain thing. Like sure, maybe this or that money maker is dogshit compared to meth, but if you grind it and get the lifetime for it you'd get a buff that makes it worth doing. You'd actually see some gangs maybe try to control lesser fields because they have seasonal buffs for it. V3 seasonals gave you fucking peanuts. Who is going to grind out thousands of Uranium or coke bricks or whatever just to get 100K? You'd lose that much gas money just driving the runs, let alone kits or vics from bad runs. Useless. That's how you reward long time grinders.
  9. I remember back in V1 the minimum bounty cap was 5K. Pretty brutal. A single self-defense kill and you had bounty squads chasing your ass down. In a way I wonder if maybe having a lower bounty cap, like 15k instead of 25k when there are 3 or less cops on could help add a little heat to the criminals when the cops aren't on. Before shutdown ABI would get on and get back off because you'd have tons of civs on, but no one with a 25k bounty. It was annoying af. APD get to go warrant hunting a guy with a 3K bounty while BH are twiddling their thumbs waiting for someone to get 25K. When pop is low you just don't get those high bounties.
