This patch is a few Quality of Life things for Rebels (well mainly one). There are a few other items as well:
You may now move your gang house. The gang leader initiates the move by going to the gang house and accessing the move menu under the House Menu. The gang house is able to be moved to another home the gang leader already owns. All things tied to the gang will move properly, but the crates will not magically "poof" to the new building. Player housing in cities is no longer in god mode if it is close to the city center. Players should no longer fall out of vehicles when they are downed/killed. Listing your house for $0 will take the house off of the market. Players may no longer use the Asylum Exchange as unlimited storage. You can turn off ambient sounds in the phone settings now. Finally, we added two new vehicles to the game. They are both considered illegal vehicles, and may be purchased at the rebel outposts.
Hotfix 1:
Armed vehicles should store and pull with ammo now. North Rebel finally found it's bottle of Round Up. Fixed a few exploits. Performance improvements. Hotfix 2:
Altis Landscape Company has finished spraying Round Up in the bank area. Fixed a long standing bug with the calculation of item prices. The price you see should now accurately depict the price you will pay for items. There may be one bug left here, but it's a fairly small one. Fixed several exploits. Almost forgot, APD UAVs will no longer clean up. -

Consider it like a huge inoperable tumor. Patch notes are the radiation. It’s try to fix the problem but it’s only putting off the inevitable.

Literally not a single cartel gang plays on Asylum anymore and you decide to buff cops and add skins. Gangs bring banks, feds, prisons, drug running, and competition on the server that people want to log on for.

Or it could just be that when I asked for their github username they never responded - but what do I know?

So one has access to github and the other 2 have very little communication. I feel like the lack of communication from the other 2 might be because they don't have github access?

And how many significant changes did you implement in that time period? Afaik, it was mostly things like preventing blood bagging while in vehicles and other fun tricks.

The Sean/Clint banter that seems to occur on every patch notes makes me happy. Keep it up boys @Clint Beastwood @Sean That Irish Guy

1 month since last patch and we get a bunch of skins for vehicles most people don't drive, an APD skin that 95% of the APD force can't use, 2 bug fixes and some APD hats.
sweet.

Arma 3 Field of View (FOV) Guide
A Arma 3 guide on how to change your Field of View
Step 1: Download the Arma FOV Changer utility and open it.
Step 2: Press select and find your Arma 3 profile
Documents > Arma 3 - Other Profiles > *Profile Name*
Select the ARMA3PROFILE File. Make sure its the one without .vars. Should look something like this.
Step 3: Just fill in the blanks, this will vary depending on what settings you play on. You can find these in the Arma 3 Video settings when you're in game.
The horizontal section you will set depending on what you want, i'll go into more detail below.
If you done it right you will get a pop up similar to this
If you get a popup saying 'Check your settings' its most likely because you chose the .vars. profile.
Field of View (Horizontal #)
Arma 3's default Field of View is set at 70. The higher you go the greater your view gets, the lower you go, the smaller. Changing your FOV will not only impact your view, it will also change the size of your crosshairs, group hexagon size and scope size.
Field of View 60
Perfect for sniping, there is many players who use this to gain a advantage at range
Field of View 70
Default Field of View. Many of you are probably used to this one
Field of View 80
My personal favourite. Allows you the third person over larger objects while still retaining a decent scope size to snipe with
Field of View 90
Perfect view for CQB in my opinion. Allows you to look around corners much earlier. Only problem with this view is trying to snipe from range, it becomes quite hard.
If you want to manually edit your Field of View without downloading the Utility here is a calculator you can use to find your values depending on your resolution

My montages never had the kills you'd see in say Tigers or Ranga's, but I always stacked thousands of views because of my editing. Here are some tips for a 1010 montage.
- No Solo kills unless it was nutty or funny
- A song that works and isn't overused on the forums. I've used Rap, Rock, Chill, all sorts of music and it works as long as people enjoy it. Fit the music to the style of montage you're going for, as long as its not cancer and you edit it around it, people will enjoy it.
- Sped up clips (This is no secret, many montages out there are slightly sped up to make the kills look good. I personally speed up clips on montages that had high tempo songs) Think @pete's Montages, high tempo, fast flicks, everyone thought he was hacking at one point.
- Use good cop kills as fillers, not shit clips at Cartels or Turfs.
- Sync kills/shots with the song. The MK18 sound synced with the music is pretty sick.
- If the game is graphically beautiful like Arma, I personally use black bars to give some shots that nice cinematic look, I just prefer the widescreen ratio.
- Always 60fps (24fps for Cinematic videos)
You don't even need to be amazing at editing for a good montage, as long as the song is good, clips are good and the editing is clean, people would enjoy it, take a look at some of @Bikstok's, @AndrewFam 2.0 or @Eli's montages as a example for clean editing and good music.
If you want to be extra with editing and go the extra mile, than go through mine or @McLovin''s montages.
Most of these tips apply to Arma montages, but they can be applied to any game or real life video.
