As many can tell I have been very inactive lately.  Work has been kicking my ass like normal, but I got accepted into a new assignment and have even more to learn and do.  I truly enjoy working with the community and helping to keep the servers progressive and safe, but I also know that I am currently taking up a spot that someone else who is more active could fill.  I do not want to leave the community and hope my reputation with the staff and the player base would allow my return in the future.
This weighs very heavy on my heart and seriously bums me out, but the team does not need afk admins.  Along with the many frustrations that come with admin responsibilities I have learned a tremendous amount about the backend of gaming and what it takes to run a server.  The staff has been great to work with and I hope that my errors and technical shortcomings have not caused them too much stress and heartache. This is an amazing community and I will still see many people around in TS and in the servers.
Thank you everyone for all the laughs and good times. Feel free to hit me up anytime if you need anything.

Reason for Appraisal:
Since my first time attending his trainings he has answered all questions that I've asked him, whenever I've had any. Along with that, he quadruples the activities he needs for every month, makes sure people are up-to-date with guidelines(new/old), and keeps a level head through combat situations / frustrating moments. He's been one of many SGTs who have taken me under their wing and taught me a lot of things that I know now, including how to be a better version of myself. Another detail that people miss behind the scenes is that he spends hours upon hours (sometimes even days) putting together trainings and making them look compelling for something that lasts just an hour when it takes place, that deserves recognition in itself. Just wanted to express my gratitude for everything he's done for me and others.

Hi, so I would like to bring forward a new Idea for the APD.
So recently Masked Identities had been added in, forcing people to be "Unknown" till you are right next to them, it's stupid that we can not do anything as APD officers, especially if they are in helicopters to engage in RP etc, this being a Light RP server, the masks serve no real purpose for RP situations currently, the only benefit is for civilians to keep there identity hidden, my suggestion is that the APD be given probable cause to stop and question anyone wearing a mask/ Grounds of probable cause to search if there story is not good or something on the lines of this, anyone wearing a mask is clearly doing something illegal, wanted etc, just as in real life, if you walked around masked etc you will be stopped by the police, it's also illegal in alot of countrys, why would a innocent person need to hide their identity? Just as every server I have played on as a officer, using a mask to hide your identity gives probable cause to stop and search/question someone, or are we just buffing Civs and nerfing the APD still ? 
 
I talked to marco about this also and he thought it was a good idea also.

Unloaded a full Mag into this guy as he was moving around on the stairs, never went down, so i hit that Rec button  This is what happens the 2nd time, this was not the only fishy thing.. Apparently, this is FSA Andr'Ew Spazad, He stopped moving as soon as i started shooting at him, just as i start to rec you can see him moving around , watch at 0.25 speed, for those saying he was downed, he was running around up and down the stairs.
