Just make it so you dont get pardon after a cop lethals you.

None of these options are what we're asking for. Just make it so the person stays exactly the same as far as being revived, but they don't get a pardon. Simple.

There has been lots of input in the patch notes as of late regarding the APD's use of lethal ammunition.  We can change things (or not), but if we change something it needs to remain balanced.  As it is now, if a cop uses lethal ammunition on a wanted player they still receive pay - just a lot less than if they down and jail the wanted player.  
Let me know your thoughts after you vote.  
Edit:  If the lethal payout gets removed, so does the pardon.

That way gives Bounty hunters a chance to go after some bigger bountys and the cops will keep the killing down and go for downing to get a payout if they so wish. But to use the lethal ammo for a tactical advantage to push a bank,fed etc...

Also have to make it so +100k bounties can turn themselves in at courthouse. Id say its pretty unfair to force everyone with a 100+k bounty to talk to a cop and potentially waste his time with a reduction he wont or financially cant afford. Either turn yourself in and do your 45min or keep the bounty until you talk to a cop or get caught

@Jbdragon didn't say it, but that's what him and the captains want.  And I think it's a DAMN good idea.  So, people will have to RP their tickets down. 
Maybe take lethal rounds away from Constables for the time being...
