    I post notes for anything that isn't just a straight bug fix. The crate thing was something really dumb - running a verify files from steam fixed that...  Gotta love Steam...  Sigh. 
    In terms of major outstanding issues - we have no searching players for cops and gang creation?  Can someone try both of those and report back to me what happens please?

    Lets see..  Drug Cartel =  No cut taken out from the drugs you process when owned.  Also money accumulates over server session 3.1k per 5 minutes, if you own Drug cartel you can take the money out and sell it at rebel.  Money is added to drug cartel when people process drugs.
    Arms Dealer = Reduced ( 20% I believe ) prices when purchasing weapon shop items when owned.  Also money accumulates over server session 3.1k per 5 minutes, if you own Arms Dealer you can take the money out and sell it at rebel.  Allows you to craft 50. cal. offroad, ifiri and mk200 when owned.  You can also buy mk200 when owned.  Money is also added when people purchase weapons at the rebel outpost I believe. 
    Wong Triad = Money accumulates over server session 3.1k per 5 minutes, if you own Wong Triad you can take the money out and sell it at rebel.  
    Oil Cartel = You attain more rubber when processing oil when owned.  Rubber is added if people are processing oil that you can get from OIl Cartel.  
    Rodopoli turf = Increased drug gathering speed, does not effect ephedra.  You can see how many people total are in the turf when owned.  
    Panagia turf = Discount when crafting ( 25% I believe ) if your gang owns turf.  You can see how many people total are in the turf when owned.  
    Zaros turf =  Increased pay amount when chopping vehicles and when robbing gas stations when owned.  You can see how many people total are in the turf when owned.  
     
    If you own 2/3 of the turfs which is the max you can own, you then get a discount when buying weapon shop items that stacks with the Arms Dealer discount when purchasing.

    Actually, I have played very actively for a lot of time, and what I witness is that a lot of the cartels are captured afk, so many times I have gotten on for the day and people are like sup, we are just tabbed out capping.
    Just because you have a bounty doesnt mean you run into police. Ive played for days without seeing any cops except bank/pb/fed. If you just stick to donor town areas and choppers, you dont really run into cops.
    The chance of running into combat as rebel might be higher because you are seeking for the fight, while as a cop you are forced into the fight, thats the biggest difference. Everything a cop do is based around being in combat

    I disagree with both statements   If you fought cartels everyday you would know that most are not fought with sdar. ( There is a difference between fighting cartels and capping them when no one is there. )  Also rebels normally have a bounty, yes?  Therefore there is a high chance of running into police that they will have to fight.  Also anytime you are on Asylum servers as a rebel the chances of you fighting are much higher than police.  
     
    Though I'd like to add that I don't disagree with your statement on the prices of guns for higher ups in the APD.

    I was in Marauders, where we used to do cartels every single day for 7hours a day, against Insidious and Bad Blood. Then I was one of the second leaders of Bad Blood, where the same situation pretty much. Trust me I have a fair share of cartel experience, we're prolly talking around a year or just cartels. You simply don't know me cause you haven't been here when I was playing rebel.

    Well I speak from my experience sir and I have never seen you at a cartel, maybe once.  No offense to you, I'm just saying maybe people that are more experienced as of late or in the past should step up in sharing their opinion.  It seems to me the people sharing their opinions on rebel / civilian sided subjects are those that play heavily on the Blufor / APD side.

    Yeah, i sit at around 60 fps all the time, but i get FPS stutters recently, and its only Asylum(I usually dont play anything else tho) It's a small fps stutter ever 1-2 seconds and its fucking a pain in the ass

    2. No one is required to give you parole unless you turn your self in without any problems, in fact when you shoot a cop you arn't even supposed to get a reduced ticket what so ever/

    Tbh It just sucks that you removed something so big without putting any thought into it at all. Cocaine plays such a huge part in the Asylum economy and you just decided to remove it without any solid replacement.
    Not only does it play around with removing one less money making method, it plays around with weapon crafting which hugely effects every rebel on the server. Its one less place to check for cops making all the other illegal alternatives even harder. Not to even mention houses people owned, and the content they had inside those houses. Such a short sited decision.

    To everyone saying their crates full of cocaine are now worthless, you realize it sells for like $1k each now right?  
    As for opium being a bad replacement, it was simply the easiest thing to implement today. Also, I wouldn't get too stuck on the distances for now to craft weapons. We will be adjusting some things soon.
