This is exactly the point @Chow Mein is trying to prove. This type of mentality is the reason why the option doesn't even need to exist so someone like you doesn't decide to abuse it "because you're bored" or they are "wasting your time".
Anyways... +1 I think reworking this charge could allow more options to come up from both the cops and rebels besides giving the person an instant 45 minute AFK timer.

APD is there to fight rebels. If you would rather drive around all day taking new players weed go for it. Don't be salty and send people straight to jail when you die for 45 minutes.

Then log off cop lol, no one is forcing you to sit there for 45 mins and die over and over again. 

I feel this should not be a straight to jail charge. I know it is optional but now if a cop does not like you its "send him to jail". I've even seen higher ups telling cadets to send straight to jail and that's not a good learning experience for them. Most cops just want the money there's always a few who want to role play but at the end of the day I don't want to be sent straight to jail because they are too lazy to or sit in there for 45 mins because I killed 2 cops and did the prison.

I do not feel that there should be any straight to jail charges (prison conspiring/escaping jail). Unless they are doing what was mentioned above (are being abusive verbally, blasting music, soundboards etc) People should be able to RP out of anything. Cops use it as an excuse to send people to jail after dying over and over at the prison.

Can the mods please consider fixing vehicle payloads?
How much sense does it make the the fucking backpack that spawns in a Quillin holds as much material as the entire Quillin? 
Mohawks, modeled after a CH53 Sea Stallion, which has a 30000 pound payload capacity, can only carry 300 units.....only 10 times what I can carry in my fucking backpack. The Mohawk can carry an RV with 450 units in it, including the RV itself. So if I load it in an RV, I can carry the RV plus 150 more units than I can in the Mohawk by itself? How does that make sense.
 
C'mon guys, I know the admins hate rebel activity and will do everything they can to nerf money making......I also know this is a game, its not real life. But this just doesnt make sense anymore. Every update is a way to nerf rebel and civ activity and bolster cops. Imagine a new player coming on this server trying to find a way to make money and get ahead in the game. 
Why not just cut to the chase and kick everyone that isnt white listed off the server and get it over with?

I think people might be more incentivised if the goals went to server development. 
Tier 1: Weapons and vehicles are 25% less
Tier 2: Reduced jail time, increased fed/bank payout, money generated from cartel ownership, and increased drug sale price
Tier 3: Small development change (Something easy that would require a small amount of time but is asked for frequently.)
Tier 4: Large development change or community event (Could be something like the addition of a new way of money making or a gang wars.) Some money used to compensate devs or event organizer for the extra work.
