You CLEARLY were not around when cops would buy their loadout once and respawn with that gear every time for free. I think it was better when cops didn't lose money when they died because they weren't scared to push, now all cops just sit 600m out and snipe at things they will never hit.

IMO yes.. If you can't talk/understand english you shouldn't be here.
But on the otherside they can play on the server but they will have a hard time beeing here, since they can't understand a single word... Cops will literally just give you the ticket and send you to jail or you're prolly gonna get banned for RDM if you shoot someone outside of an illegal area. (Because the person cant talk english)... and so on. It's just gonna be a shit experience for them...
