If you can get Bamf to get that abomination we call the "group cap" out of here, we will start accepting people with less experience if we have to face larger numbers. This would allow newer players to get better and learn from those who have experience. Otherwise people have to be self taught or join gangs that have little to no experience in the first place. It is not easy starting out new and fighting against people who have been doing the same shit for years with no one viable to learn from. As it stands right now, the experienced person will always be accepted over the semi experienced person because of the group cap.
Envy is a pretty good example of this and I'm really not trying to knee-pad my dudes. The vast majority of Envys members have been here since pre 6.0. They have little to nothing to learn at this point. That new gang of 10 or 15 people would have to play for months maybe even a year to learn what they need to know about the game. Though if someone would let them in there gang and teach them this would speed up this process allowing the circle of life for new players joining and old players eventually leaving to continue. People wonder why gang life in general and fights are weak, it's because of the lack of experience.
Furthermore I'd like to point out that the group cap is not the soul reason Asylum has lost population but it is definitely a big fucking reason.

I am currently in temper, unfortunately the way it works right now is that if you don't post some "fire montage" you won't get into most gangs.

Maybe you aren't new, but do you have the gang experience to get into any of the big gangs right now?
