it honestly seems like you are just too lazy to make money. Craft ifrits and orcas instead of buying them, run guns instead of buying them.
Its honestly comes down to people being lazy. you want to be a badass rebel all the time? then man up and work to be a rebel all the time. too many rebels complain about shit and they just had an amazing rebel patch 2 days ago?
Give them a fucking break with your whining asses and go outside.

Woah, how much is the monthly subscription for this "life' game?
Also, I'd like a detailed review about the progression, what kind of skills you can use/have and possibly what the end-game is. Pretty please!
    Kind regards,
    DJScias

Thanks for the feedback, but you are barking up the wrong tree when it comes to Admin events. Turns out this is a game and its meant to be fun, Cop or Civ should be able to enjoy these Admin events. Think about the poor cadets who can't log on to Civ because they're in cadet week.

Since i have seen many people complain about the money cap i will tell you some Secrets.
In-game money is used to buy things ingame.
Instead of stacking up those bills like Al Capone we have to "spend" money to avoid hitting the limit.
Some things most people don't have which you should buy before hitting money cap:
5 Houses (Not just standard shit, but buy the most expensive and rare buildings that let you run 200m to rebel instead of 2km!) Max out the vehicle garage with .50 cals, Ifrits, HEMMT's Max out the Helicopter garage with Orca's, literally till you cannot buy more. Max out prestige rank to Eminent for that sweet ass jet! Stack houses with loadouts/medical/speedbombs/suicide vests You could also you know.. give a fairly small amount of money to new players to help them start off. Compensate gear for friends when you decided to peek battle without defibs After this it requires some creativity but there's still loads to actually spend money on!
Finance a huge kavala convoy of 50 cals and Ifrits and call in the cops! Try winning the lottery within a hour! Start making people on the streets addicted to drugs, literally just buy as much as you can and tell people to try that crank shit out yo! Camp rebel with a suicide vest, everytime someone tries to get in you blow him face off! Bribe cops! I mean everyone has a price, i would be giving out a pardon aswell if someone shoved a big backpack of money in my car!
Alright if you tried everything above and you still just can't get rid of your money.. it's gonna be boring being at money cap.
    So last but not least:

Well... here goes.  Quite a bit to say on this topic, so wall of text likely incoming.  Maybe I can bring the thread back on topic.
As most of you probably know, I was a Lieutenant until very recently.  I still don't know why I was demoted or what I did other than "something bad" and "corruption" or "lost my trust".  But this really isn't about that, this is about the Captains.

So let me tell you what I know about the Captains and why I believe that a change of the guard is in order.
Right off the bat, when these news Captains were instilled, some of the Lieutenants tried to be involved in the "new APD", asking to be involved in policy making.  Hypanius laughed and said that coming to us for policy ideas would be a bad idea and that he would make the decisions. Despite having some sort of transvestite lady boy as his avatar, Hypanius becomes overwhelmed and demotes people for making lighthearted jokes about his name.  He can stand to have a scantily clad man-woman, but can't take the name "Hyper-Penis" without throwing everyone off the force for not respecting his reign.  I won't forget joining a support channel wherein an ongoing discussion with Hypanus was happening about said nicknames when I mentioned that Scott referred to him as "Hypermoose" and he threatened to demote me if I ever said that again.  It became clear early on that this Captain maintained some sort of personal desire to see me removed.
After responding to an officer report against RoguePilot who I had not been in a gang with for 35+ days, Hypanius gave me points for processing a gangmate claiming that "he felt like I had been in a gang with him and that i deserved points" despite having no proof.  I had previously been told due to my heavy gang involvement to not process anyone who I was a in a gang within 30 days with.
He then later finally removed me for reasons still unknown to me.  Many of you have heard the conversation.  I asked why I was being removed and if I could be offered at least an explanation, let alone evidence, and was told that "we can't tell you what, but you did something bad".  Hell, I have come to understand that the evidence against me (which has since been deleted) is of me simply talking about something, not even me actually actively doing some violation of APD guidelines.
Following this incident, said Captain Hypanius removed Ex-Lieutenant Bloodhound's Corporal rank because Bloodhound banned him from the FSA teamspeak.  Apparently Captain's power now extends into private gang teamspeak servers.
My Captain report for this blatant abuse of power resulted in the following.  That is the only response.

There are a number of 2nd LTs and veteran Lieutenants who have come across as heavily disappointed in the current direction and recent actions of the APDs current leadership.
Now, for me this isn't about my removal or Hypanius alone.  This is about the leadership of the force as a whole and the reasons why I sought the Lieutenant position in the first place.  Whether or not you thought I was a good Lieutenant, and I have received a lot of support from people insisting that I was, but either way I worked for the position so that I could support the police force that made Asylum a great place when I joined in 2014.  Those were my only intentions as cop, I defended the cop force, got on every day to help them fight the uphill battle and provide leadership at the Bank/Fed/Prison.  I fought for a fair fight for rebels and to create a positive roleplay environment and all it did was get me removed.  Apparently I tried to create a fun environment one too many times and somehow violated some rule unknown to me.  All I have been able to gather is that it was related to the trial by combat system.
When Ed was chosen I was a little perplexed.  Joined the APD after the 6.0 patch and had been a Lieutenant for less time than me when he was selected for Captain.  Not only was he relatively inexperienced in APD terms, frequently asking policy questions and often tapping other LTs for thoughts on officer reports, but he was inexperienced in Arma itself by community standards (600 hours at the time?).  But now we have Ed and these Captains pushing to remove age limits from cop?
Jamooze I have for the most part had little to no issue with.  He is a laid back guy.  The only thing I can fault him for is stealing a civilians (my) ifrit while on cop and driving to HQ to seize claiming that he is Captain and he doesn't have the follow APD rules.
The fact is, people the Lieutenants are disheartened with the state of the APD's leadership. The people pleaser Captains are not doing what is in the best interest of the force.  It is time for change.
Sneaky was correct in saying that the state of the APD is a snowball rolling down a hill.  Someones needs to stand in the way of its downfall.  The force needs a change.  It is not in a good state and considering how large of an impact this has on the servers as a whole, I truly hope that the community managers step in.
@bamfWe are calling on you and Trilligy to come back as the real Chief of Police and clean up this disaster.  I know you guys don't want to, I know it won't be easy.  But it is has sadly come to the point where this is necessary.

Removed the audio file of my removal as was asked.

Here is how side chat RDM (different than normal RDM) works:
If they die, get shot at, or if you point a gun at them it's side chat RDM.  They are required to scream in side and they must type out "RDM!!!" at least twice with three or more exclamations.  This is then to be followed by no less than two more messages informing you that you were both "recorded" and "reported".  A demand for unreasonable compensation can also be added but is not required to satisfy the rules of side chat RDM.

I know this has been suggested before but undercover has little to no way of blending in with the general populace. Undercover used to be able to blend in with rebels and bounty hunters but now, it seems that anything undercover does it's almost impossible to keep your cover. Undercover lacks the arsenal of weapons to be able to blend in; the only weapon we have at our disposal to blend in is the P07 9mm. I know for a fact that a lot of people will disagree or come up with another solution but speaking from my point of view, undercover lacks the arsenal to be able to be used to it's full potential. Also it would be cool if undercover had access to the Go-Kart clothing shop.

People should learn to have patience.
Asylum isn't a company nor the staff is a servicedesk.
The services they give you are free and done in reasonable time. It's a game, really buggy too so lots of things go wrong. Be glad that there is a way to get compensation instead of being fucked.
Reports are always dealt with swiftly as i notice it, there's no complaining there. But ban appeals.. People whine about the time they need to take to fix their own rulebreaking?
Be patient and appreciate that we HAVE a staff wiling to dedicate hundreds of hours supporting this community.
Wait times are fine, the people are not.

Can we have a new feature in the Talent menu to save a Talent Spec so that changing of talents to rebel from bounty hunter for example is easier? When you click on a new specialization a pop-menu appears saying that it will cost 'x' amount of money to change to the new spec.

I would love to see something like if there are 12+ cops online, then there is a chance for an event to trigger where the police have to transfer a HEMTT full of gold from one police HQ to another.
Something that is on the move and different every time.
