My suggestion is simple, increase the price of frags, or make them not be affected by turfs/arms. If you have arms and turfs they are so damn cheap for the home team. Fighting some people are basically running around dodging countless frags.

With the mailbox thing from the exchange, what if a similar mailbox was added for compensation. This will save the admins for so much time and prevent people from having to wait for hours 5 days to receive their comp. So when an admin add comp to your account, you just open a comp mailbox at the atm and get all your comp

Add new vehicles, weapons and facilities but change it to Altis that we have all grown to love. 
Stop wasting time with that shitty map, get some determined people on board to make a modded version of Asylum's version of Altis. 
For example, more weapons and vehicles can improve the facilities. 
Keep prison where it is but expand on it, since there will be new and improved vehicles/weapons it should be bigger and harder. Cities should be bigger, improve the cartels and outposts. 
Do these things and S6 will be something special.

Set a monthly donation goal. If that donation goal is met, you add something cool to the game for everybody, doesn't have to be a large item it could be an awesome skin, or it could be fuel trucks. Just an idea @bamf
