why do you think people buy money, everyone been "grinding" forever Reapeared..hell alot of us dont even play anymore, the majority of the population has always been gangs, ..gangs have been secluded and nerfed and not updated hardly ever people are so dedicated to Asylum and have put up with the server crashing, lag, no updates this community has been so loyal, waited, we've all donated something at one point, community goals still being donated towards..& then devs, admins, people come on here "IdK wHy U guYs aaRe ComMplAininG?!?!?!?!"..i've always thought it's a bit unfair that the servers ideas, changes, updates are put in place and mandated by people who don't even play and haven't played in ages, they should hoenstly just make things more laid back and give people what they want, i mean honestly what could it hurt, but then it wouldn't even matter, the server performance has been on the downside since june 2016, i've posted several times what to do ... run the servers with a small default altis life mission file, along with blank default altis life SQL tables, make everything free (obviously still asylum rules in place & cops whitelist in place, admins, etc)tell everyone to come on and cause havoc to stress test it...if the servers still lag therre lies an issue with the hosting, IF NOT..there is some issues with the mission file & database, arma 3 is dying more and more everyday, not sure why bamf and gnashes think this oldschool hard core, "RP" "Grind": is going to work, literally everything rebel/gang wise has been changed where cops have it easier..Banks changed/moved..Jail changed, moved, reworked, changed, moved, community had to go on strike and bitch and complain for months for it to be changed..it seems the only way changes are made is if the community bitches for 6 months...hencea gain "IdK wHy U guYs aaRe ComMplAininG?!?!?!?!"

ive still came on here to read & see what has been changed because this server has always had a place, i have met alot of great friends and made alot of memories on here i've typed up alot of stuff and not said it , but i just had to say this, this is not me bitching, this is not me complaining, this is me stating my two sense on everything , i still wish this server the best of luck..i had overpoch /epoch servers in arma 2, i was the same way, didn't want to make things fun/easy/ didn't listen, made things only my way...one community i made died...tried it again, listening to everyone, working with the community..made it fun, simple, you give it a little it goes a long way...long story short i made around $9,000 in donations and had a great run, 2 100 slot servers full for months, arma 2 streamers playing on my servers...hell you guys might as well start clean...WIPE the ban list. mock up a new mission file..pay Poseidon to do his thing & whoever. and actually give some slack, you are going to have to make some change guys, you have very little people left. everyone else is fed up, banned, quit caring because server not making any changes & got banned cause they didn't care...quit, or left to go to olympus...and saying "IDC GO TO OLYMPUS THEN!! IF ITS SO MUCH BETTER!!!!!!!!!!" is definitely not what you should be saying , not directed at anyone specifically but i've read it..anyway i am tired of typing and probably ONCE AGAIN wasting my time even bothering..hello to all my old friends & hope everyone is good..

I don't think people take the time to chop small cop vehicles most of the time because they wanna kill the cops and bail before another wave comes in. However when fighting other gangs you got time to do whatever you want so you could blow them up or you could chop them. Also consider that as a civ your loadout costs at least twice as much. Imagine if you lost 25k+ your loadout like 2-4 times in a day. The average player wont have the money to keep up with that in my opinion.

it's kind of true but at the same time a lot of us grinded for months to make money and now we're tired of it. Grinding the same money making methods for 3 years gets kinda boring ya know?

No one joins gangs anymore. Why should they when you give them no reason to. They can run coke and level the tree faster than someone doing banks and fighting cartels.

10 per war kill. Anyone found "kill trading" should receive an exploiting ban and an infamy wipe.

Prison should be X amount of infamy until the prison is successful or if it fails you lose it.
Fed should be per gold bar.
Bank obviously whoever is involved gets X amount of infamy.
Cartel capping is 5 which is okay for now i guess.
War kills should give some sort of infamy and have a cool down afterwards for the war point and infamy so its not farmed.
I think the chop shop should only give infamy to specific cars like not the normal civ vehicles like hatches, offroads, suvs etc only qulins, prowlers, trucks etc helis.
Drugs are the best way right now which i think is good because more people will run them and it'll up interactions overall between cops and civs.
Drug runner should give some sort of infamy based on how much you make between the different runs.

Then make it so when you get a war kill or whatever that you gain X infamy when you get killed by an enemy gang at war with you, you also lose X infamy. If it's the same amount there won't be any reason to do that.

Cop kills should give like 20 infamy. Gang war kills should give around the same and maybe gangs would actually war each other if they got infamy for war kills. Idk why you should be expected to do non stop banks to level up the rebel tree because who the hell does money runs anymore?

Not to be confused with gang? Wut?? 95% of the rebels on asylum are part of gangs who either fight cartels or turfs yet neither are implemented in the infamy system. Rebels are not restricted to just banks, feds, gas stations and selling drugs my man. Maybe you should leave the pitching of ideas to someone else if your logic is gonna be this flawed.

Rebels on the the island of Altis have decided to band together and setup an illicit murder for hire racket.  Players can now place bounties to have other players killed by visiting a rebel outpost.  Rebels have the ability to level up as an Assassin which will allow them to track players faster and more accurately, as well as to ensure they get a larger cut of the assassination bounty.  Only the best hitmen will become Master Assassins.  
Other members of the island may not want to go out and kill people, but instead may want to get discounts at rebel, sell their illegal items for more, and process drugs faster.  If that sounds like you, then you should choose to become an Intimidator.  The Intimidator will receive discounts on items and vehicles at rebel shops.  Drug dealers will pay more for their goods since you've got the good s*#t.  You'll also be able to make those drugs faster.  The Master Intimidator even gets a discount from the APD on their bounty.
Finally, maybe you feel more like an Outlaw.  Outlaws can lock pick cars faster.  They get more money when robbing gas stations.  They even have special medical talents to allow them to blood bag, splint, and defib players faster.  If you can become a Master Outlaw, then you will even have access to a full medical shop at the rebel outposts.  
Players with a Rebel license now have access to the Infamy skill trees Three Infamy skill trees have been added:  Assassin, Intimidator, and Outlaw Players can now place kill bounties on other players inside the community.   Kill bounties are taken and redeemed at Rebel Outposts. Players killing other players with a kill bounty on their head must still follow all RP rules of the server.   The sub trees of Assassin allow for a smaller tracking radius, faster re-track times, and getting more of the bounty When you kill a player with a bounty on their head, they will drop a "scalp" virtual item that must be turned in at the rebel outpost in order to collect the bounty.   To track a player kill bounty, simply enter the circle and the location will update without scroll wheeling - provided you are not in a vehicle.   Collected scalps can be stolen from other players by killing them (again, RP rules apply). The sub trees of Intimidator grant discounts at rebel outposts, increase in sale prices of illegal items (drugs and gold bars), and faster processing of drugs.   The sub trees of Outlaw allow you to lockpick faster, get more from gas station robberies, and medical perks.   Experience for Infamy is earned by turning in scalps, selling gold bars after robbing the fed, robbing the bank, prison breaks, gas station robberies, chopping vehicles, and selling drugs.   There are other under the hood performance tweaks and bug fixes as well, but I'm not going to list all of those out.

Its been a long journey for me and i have had a blast during my path to whatever i have achieved on Asylum but every journey has its end and i have met mine.I have been planning and applying for Universities for quite a while and recently got accepted in a University aboard.And i will be leaving on 04 September from my current to my destination.I wanted to thank everyone for making this journey of mine in asylum a great one.
I would not have imagined to play arma for this long if it wasnt for @Subaru and @BaDaBiNg_10-8 who inspired me to get myself in a higher APD rank and thought i would be a good corporal when i was a constable at that time.Special thanks to you two for helping me out in all my issues i had overall.
Now you might think "Hey he just got Mod why the hell would he want to leave such a good position?".Well simple answer to this question is that life prioritizes over a game.I am sure i wont be able to play in the starting months in my University and definitely wont be an active mod or an APD member.Why not give it to someone who can be more active than me and maybe he can do better than i did.Its also a good tip to all those inactive higher ups who just hold their positions until they get pushed out for being inactive.
Playing with you all was fun and i am happy to see myself move forward in life and maybe i would find time to hang around again who knows.But one thing is for sure is that i had a good time playing on Asylum and i will never forget my friends here.Good luck to you all and thank you for reading this farewell thinge.
