Hello all, 
The support ticket system is now live. It's going to be a little bit different for the user, but should be pretty straight forward. This system will handle all Player reports, ban appeals, comp request, character/account support, Internal affairs for the APD, and ban appeals. 
 
I am sure there will be a few wrinkles to iron out. If you encounter an issue, please let me know. There is a link in each section where you previously accessed the resources before.

So lately i have had multiple Officers return to illegal areas within the 20 minute time. Now ive spoken to a LT or two and they say well many factors may alter this.. APB, Ping, tracker, 911 etc etc and that the 20min rule is more of a guideline not a rule...
The past few days i have been at the meth lab lots while solo or with my gang members, we have had a few people over watching making sure there is no person/s at the lab and have had officers who are not paying as warrant or Undercover return.. now with that being said.. NO APB was active, We did not 911, We had no tracker on our vehicles. My question is what is the Range of the ping? Do officers need to be in a certain range to receive a ping? if so how far, is it actually possible to ping at meth lab/ fields as on cop ive never ever ever had someone ping as if they were interacting with a NPC while wanted, I have played as a officer for many many many hours.
Also while im here asking what is the rules regarding officers downing, restraining, seizing contraband from a vehicle and driving off without taking the restrained suspect instead leaving them restrained so they can make off with the money... would this be considered Robo Copping? Money hungry? Failure to RP? Violation of Civ Rights? Corruption?
Also what would happen if someone was found taunting civilians via text? example making rude comments, mocking them etc etc?
