  1. Add ability to purchase and add a Gun Cabinet to an owned house. The Gun Cabinet would allow you to access the Loadout System, but instead of being able to purchase the items in the saved loadout, it would grab them from the house inventory. If you don't have the necessary items for the loadout you want to pick, then it would be greyed out.

  2. The cadet only really needs to know 3-4 different charges at the top of his/her head. These will cover 95%+ of the situations. For the remaining 5%, the Cadet can either check the ticket guide or ask whoever is overwatching.

I don't think this is a problem at the moment (never really was).

  3. Scotch is balanced because you have to go to the Distillery twice. Home growing weed needs to be nerfed. If you have a house near a drug dealer, you can do backpack runs back to back with pretty much no risk at all. It's high reward - low risk.

    Some suggestions for weed:

    • Remove drying stage from drug dealer
      • Players would have to dry their plants in Weed processing and then sell it at a drug dealer
    • Reduce profit from selling buds
    • If the above are not accepted, at least prohibit greenhouses that are close to a drug dealer (1km or so)

Prison is pretty hopeless. Put the van in the exact same spot every time. Push the exact two deer stands from a single opening. Tell me how 4 constables push even two competent rebels in the deer stands without at least a cpl or something being online.
Same thing for bank. One guy on back rock can probably solo 4 constables. as they can't disable drill without shooting back rock first

It would be interesting to maybe scrape the logs of the past 30 days or something and find out the percentages of banks/prisons won and lost by the APD. That would give us better data than just straight out empirical information.

And that's just where i flat out disagree with the premise.
Federal event spam is not the cause of cops not wanting to play, We used to play for hours with events going back to back. Multiple at the same time with no cooldown.

Cops don't want to fight back to back hopeless fights.

The vast majority of fed events that pop up are banks and prison breaks. From my experience, those are pretty balanced fights, so I'd argue against that

My own personal thoughts? From what i can see it looks like cops do not want to fight mental asylum

I agree with this, but I don't think mental asylum is what's being discussed here. The main point that makes cops not want to play is fed event spam, so lets address the problem by its root cause. I believe making the cool down a little bit bigger is really not that big of a change and its not going to kill rebel life as well

Very true but I think if they are going to enlarge the hq to make it a major city hq maybe they should make it unlimited spawns like the rest of the city hq’s. That would make sense imo. But idk lmk ur opinion.

I don't really have a strong opinion on spawn cooldowns inside HQs. I think that if the HQ is big enough, there should be no need to eliminate spawn cooldowns.

because to progress from constable you have to play a stupid amount of time and stroke a lot of e-egos, thats why people get bored. Corporal is literally a constable with better gear/uc/warrant. no extra responsibilities. Make corporal a test after x amount of playtime. not hard really

Even though I partially disagree with the ego part, the road to Corporal has been the same for pretty much the entire time. Nothing changed in regards to that and people would still play cop in previous times. If anything, making Corporal 'hard to get' makes constables a reason to actually play cop and try to be noticed for promotions. If it was a clear path (like a test or something), almost everyone would half-ass their hours and then just get the test and be promoted. Then you would have a problem with all reserved slots being full every time.

Except it is. Corporals respond to higher up requests when no Sgt+ are online, they have access to reserved slots AND they can pull armor. If people cry about armor spam from the APD during fed events, imagine then.

I think the solution here is to make playing cop more attractive and I have two ideas for that:

    • Slightly buff cop payouts. I don't really have access to data here, but from what I understand, cops pretty much break even when playing cop. If you want more civs playing cop, money will always be a way of achieving it
    • Increase cool down of fed events. Seriously, the amount of people that log off after 2-3 feds back to back is pretty big. Combat should be a big portion of playing as the cop faction, but it should not take 80-90 percent of the share. People sometimes want to go patrol cities, warrant, undercover, etc and can't because the moment they group up to do something, another fed event pops up. "Im gonna log off, I cant be asked to be fed spammed for the next couple of hours" - I cant really keep count of how many times I heard this in the past few weeks.

EDIT: Also, Im honestly curious on why it needs to be a LT conducting interviews. I understand that in previous times it would make sense, but maybe we should reconsider it. Why not give that responsibility to lower ranks? That would reduce waiting times for new players joining. (even though I don't think that is that big of a problem, but correct me if Im wrong)

love the effort amd work u put into this but it is just to much stuff it seems that it is meant to be one of the smaller hq's and this just makes it look like a major one like prygos or kavala and also just looks like a rats heaven but thats just my opinion.

I'd dare to say that the current Athira HQ IS the rats heaven. I would also oppose that it is meant to be one of the smaller HQs - Athira is slowly starting to reach Kavala levels of chaos
