    Barley
    Any civilian who possesses barley should be charged with possession of illegal liquor. 
    Ideally this charge should be role played as "possession of barley," although this is not required.
    Note: a civilian picking a barley/berry bush does not grant probable cause for the time being.
    Probable Cause Addition
    A civilian who enters a police headquarters now grants probable cause.
    The civilian must enter a police headquarters themselves, and not by other means.

    Other means includes:
    • Being brought into headquarters in bounty hunter restraints with no prior probable cause
    • Being brought into headquarters in police handcuffs with no prior probable cause
    • Being brought into headquarters in the passenger seat of a vehicle (tell the civilian to leave headquarters and if they do not leave then you gain probable cause).

    Thanks guys, I appreciate the kind words. This was a hard decision for me but truth be told I just don’t have time for video games or Asylum anymore. It would not be fair to the staff or the community to be an AFK owner.
    I will never forget the great times, friends, and laughs I’ve had since joining this community in 2014. This community was my second home for many years, but all good things must come to an end. I salute you all and I wish you all the very best in your life endeavors.

    Added Tactical Pings. Look at anything and press Shift+T to create a marker on map visible only to group members. 15 second cooldown. Added seized illegal virtual items to the Evidence Lockup HEMTT. Added virtual inventory loot to Rebel Air Drop. Added binoculars to the default cop and UC loadouts. Added bipod to Captain APD shop. Added a cut to the Wong Triad Cartel when processing and selling alcohols. Added a cut to the Arms Dealer Cartel when crafting at the Black Market Production. Added Tanoa APD Jeep for Constable+. Added scopes to spawn with weapons in Air Drops. Added a safety parachute to sling-loaded cargo above 75m (Need Airborne Talent). Changed:
    Optimised the Federal Reserve. Bar gates will now initialise locked and will require boltcutting. Increased spawn rate of gold bars, and increased their price by 10k. Added back spike strips to locked bar gates (and made the effect area smaller). Added a new charge called Federal Reserve Robbery.  Domes and safes will re-lock properly when the robbery has ended.  Domes and safes will not lock until players move out of them to prevent getting stuck. Reduced RPG damage to all heavy ground/air vehicles. RPG will disable vehicle instead of blowing it up on first hit. Increased air drop spawn rate from capturing cartels. Increased air drop loot amount. Disabled sling-loading of the airdrop crate. Increased base prices of all scotch that is not fully aged. Added barley to list of illegal items. Can now be seized by the APD. Moved one of the Black Market Productions to the east part of the island. Selling at Black Market Production now gives cash on hand. Enabled group names to show under player names, similar to gang names. Increased duct tape spawn rate in prison. Enabled ability to start a prison break right after restart. Re-enabled some housing properties located at the removed Pyrgos Cocaine Field. Changed deerstand shutters to behave the same for all clients. Increased the size of medic requests to make them easier to spot. Tweaked APD prowler texture. Fixed:
    Fixed cops not being charged for re-gearing with throwables. Fixed scopes and attachments disappearing when disarmed. Removed:
    Removed ATMs from Black Market Production. Removed 5.56 and 9mm guns from Evidence Lockup loot table. Removed unused Oil Cartel objects from salt flats. Removed unused vote signs at Federal Reserve. Temporarily disabled ability to move gang house due to related issue. Hotfix #1:
    Fixed cops not being charged for re-gearing. Fixed player tags not showing correctly in vehicles. Adjusted federal reserve gold spawns and related talents. Added sling load safety parachute to all factions. Replaced MX with MXM in Rebel Air Drop. Hotfix #2:
    Fixed split cop pay not paying the original player. Fixed group names showing on NPCs. Tweaked Tactical Pings to auto delete after 5 minutes. Tweaked RPG damage for different vehicle types. Fixed exploit with chopping trees. Fixed bug with multiple Federal Reserve Robbery charges. Increased time before Rebel Airdrop disappears.

    Ordered the backpack and that sweet new t-shirt that recently came out. The backpack was fine but the shirt came in size 1/4 Gnash instead of 1/2. I'm a little disappointed in the service thats been provided lately :/

    Remove chicken wire and dead bushes, and only because they sometimes don't load in until it's too late.
    Verge posts and garbage piles are fine, they're just decor. (And you can use garbage piles to vault into the air.)
    If you only remove one thing, make it chicken wire. It's just not fun.

    It would be a good idea to do some inside joke shirts like connection-loss chain symbol, ETA-ETA-ETA, or any other random shit that is specifically said/done on Asylum. I would buy one of those just for all the time ive spent here.

    Here is my suggestion, Dont let players wait for a massive patch note. all it does is make players who cant wait leave and then come back for all of a week and same again, numbers fluctuate. A small patch note will keep the community in touch on the forums and in game. more patch notes / hot fixes will let the community know the server is still being developed and at the end of the day more patch notes are better than infrequent patch notes at least in my mind. and the statistics show when a patch it released numbers sky rocket up especially for a weekend no matter the size of the patch. Especially players who normally test whats best for money with fixes and changes.
    I love the whole idea of adding skins in for players who are loyal to the community especially when we are at a low, but i really dont think this is the time to add skins for those who can just simply log in and "Sync" for free skins.
    Coming from a "player" aspect who over looks everything from corner to corner of the map ask why things are so "afk" these days. We should reward those who "grind".
    I have heeps of suggestions / changes that will make those "civs" and all other aspects from players to staff which can add content and streamline for what asylum is wanting to achieve.

    Asylum has always meant more to me than any other game. This is where I met Drunk Squad and ever since it has been the best 6,249 hours of my life. Not only have we made some of the best memories in game but we became so close that I have met several DS members in real life. I have flown out to watch one graduate basic training. We have had DS members fly out to visit me. I took a road trip with a few DS members and went to a few states. I am planning to fly out sometime next year to watch a DS member get married. To me Asylum has always meant more than just cartel fights. Some of us have grown so close in DS that if something bad were to ever happen (God forbid) we would be on a flight within the hour to go see whoever it was. I will always be a part of this community and I hope that maybe someone else can get the same experiences I have had from this community.
