im a big advocate for gun running, and i like the new location. though, with the no atm thing and the added cartel cut i feel like im being screwed. now you need cartel AND pan to maximize profits, and we still cant use infamy perks when crafting? feels like quite the nerf to me, again :{  @Gen. Henry Arnoldwhy? :{{{{

The black market near lakka shouldn’t have been moved in my opinion. Should have been the one closer to Kavala rebel

i +1 this. the one at kavala is useless plus it makes sense to have them in both areas since the lakka one can run mk's, and the new one can run katibas. or at least make them have a rotation. also why nerf rpg's but not lower the prices at all? why would someone waste 50k to disable an ifrit or hunter

Did the ATM's get removed from the black market location as to allow the police to catch those gun runners with their illegal funds? Seems a little odd that the criminals in shady places would have an ATM next to their criminal enterprise.

sooo RPG cost 50k each to disable a vehicle, what in the duck

It’ll break an Ifrits wheels and engine, and good luck flying your heli after a hit. You still get value for using it

Incentives for civs to rob each other and cops to patrol more often, you can make more money, but not risk free

lets be honest here, i bet more people do it because its actually less risky than weed.

It’s the only thing people did, starter ingredients were legal and cheap, newmake was worthless, and it’s out in the middle of no where. Why would any civ or cop bother with you doing a scotch run

Rarely do you ever see a cop even pass the peach or apple field.  :shrug:

Really good patch! im not sure how i feel about getting a cut taken out of gun running to a cartel because its an illegal activity, but not being able to use fuck you pay me, even though its an illegal activity. Also, the cut at wongs, do cartel owners get the price of new make or 25 year?

A lot of good patches on this, but I'm rather confused by making barley illegal.  How does it make sense that I can't have the plant, but I can go into Kav square and have a pint of beer? Logical wise. Also by that standard shouldn't yeast also make the list?

My big driving force to adjust the whole scotch money making method was not easy. We visited a few different ideas, many that would upset a ton of people. I opted for us to try to hinder it without dropping the sale prices etc. You can still make the same money, just there is a bit of added risk to it in general. The numbers on our end show you guys are making an absolute killing on scotch. Illegal barley won't be a huge impact on the runners, but it should hinder them and add some risk. From a life standpoint and balance, we need to ensure that these methods are kept in check. I like the scotch runners because they are on that daily grind, which is how it's intended to be. But when we have people making millions and millions each day off it, we needed to take a closer look at it. Let it ride and see how it goes!

Can this be added to a police talent too?
