Loose GPU???

Alright Guys, 

I need an expert's opinion on this. I just received my tower back from the company that I had ordered it from and I am having an issue. When ever I tried loading up BF1 or played league my game would either artifact and crash or my computer would just immediately turn off and reboot with like a 2 second delay. Is this a loose gpu because it could have shifted during shipping. Also I thought it was my computer overheating at first but all my temps are in the low to mid 30's.

 

EVGA GTX 1080 ACX 3.0 8gb

I forgot to mention the PC has a transparent Side panel I am currently staring at my GPU and it looks normal. Fans/lighting are all on does not look out of place. I am aslo PC retarded so anything would have to be watered down.
