Better than having 3 gangs attempt to gear at one rebel. They could put it anywhere as long as its close to the cartels.

Starting Immediately
The HVT process is no longer going to be used. With the gangs we currently have there will be no need to send them straight to jail if attacked. If it becomes a problem in the future then we can possibly revisit and implement a new HVT process but for now there will be no more HVTing. Please spread the word to all officers. Thanks!

Tonight I'm making a few changes (by popular demand):
Group cap is increased to a base level of 20. Community goals can still increase this amount. Infamy is now gained from war kills. Money cap has been increased at all levels: 1M, 2M, 3.5M, 11M, and none - up from 1M, 1.5M, 2M, 6M, none. The meth lab will now always be on the east side of the map. Server 3 will remain up provided there are 100 players online across all servers. -
