Exactly the problem here. Nobody FORCES you to play it. NEW players aren't FORCED to come back and when they don't enjoy their time and struggle to make money while already established players pretty much all join TH and farm money. That's why the server is dying. Nobody is forced to play it, while those new players who try it (not sure on the exact numbers) don't come back a second to third time again after they have a poor experience the first time.
We need a way to keep people coming back, and having every cartel and coke being controlled by TH for 98% of server uptime doesn't entice them to come back and try to go to any of those areas. You say that we should make a gang and fight you- would you say that to a new Asylum player who tried to run coke on Tanoa for his first time until he got gangbanged by TH? How do you expect him to make a gang? He's not going to run turtles day and night just to get a gang house + rebel license + rebel loadout and come back and fight you. He's going to do the easiest thing and find a different Tanoa server to play on.

FSA isn't an issue on Tanoa. Prime isn't an issue on Tanoa. If you don't like either of them you could always pick a different Asylum Altis server number. However, when the ONLY Tanoa server is a cocaine camped money farm for a mashup of gangs.. it tends to be an issue.
My reasoning for believing that TH should be disbanded is just that. This was a discussion of what to change on Tanoa to make it more alive. Right now it's on life support, many who have tried the server out as a new player to Asylum have been left with nothing and left. The MAIN players of Tanoa are TH running coke, randoms who are struggling to run a different drug for some money (before they eventually quit), and a few non-TH gangs that aren't there to necessarily money, just have fun.
