  1. Just wanted to clear this up with everyone, after talking with Lt. @BadBunny (Bunny), the answer she got from the CoP @Samperino, came out to be this after given this scenario:

    A civilian has an:

    MK-1

    Zubr

    RPG

with these alone, he is only charged with Possession of Illegal Firearm.

If the civilian then has an additional Katiba in his backpack, plus 9 additional MK-1s in his vehicle, this is then the case:

The Katiba starts the Weapon Trafficking charge. As per the guidebook:

Weapons Trafficking $1,000 Weapons Trafficking is defined as "transport or possession of illegal weapons in excess of personal use". For example, carrying an illegal pistol, an illegal rifle, and a RPG is not weapons trafficking (as they are all for personal use). Carrying a multitude of illegal rifles, RPGs, or illegal pistols in a vehicle or backpack would constitute weapons trafficking. This charge is to be stacked per-weapon for all weapons found in the suspect's possession. (e.g, 10 weapons = 10 counts of weapons trafficking)

Once they have firearms past excess of personal use, in this case being the katiba starting this, they are then charged per-weapon for ALL ILLEGAL weapons in their possession. So they would then be charged with 13 counts of weapons trafficking.

For the: MK-1, Zubr, RPG on his person; the Katiba in the backpack; and then the additional 9 MK-1s in the vehicle.

I hope this clears things up for everyone. :)

In my opinion the description of this charge is very confusing in the wiki and should be replaced with:

    Weapons Trafficking $1,000

Weapons Trafficking is defined as "transport or possession of illegal weapons in excess of personal use". Once a suspect has more than one illegal firearm in the same category on them or in their vehicle, this charge is applicable. This charge is to be stacked per-weapon for all weapons found in the suspect's possession.
