I have been working on a new search menu.  One of the main reasons is it is hella annoying when you search someone and some jack wagon speeds in Kavala replacing the search menu with that message or any other stupid ass message that pops up.  Now you no longer have to worry!!!  Also, when a person has a shit ton of stuff/licenses it will no longer take up the entire right side of your screen.
I am also working on the ability to seize individual items.
Features:
  - Shows all licenses, illegal virtual items, and weapons/clothes/accessories the searched person has
  - Shows and seizes magazines inside a weapon
  - Shows the ammo inside a magazine
  - When a magazine is seized it now keeps the correct ammo when going into the vehicle
  - Shows all attachments to all weapons
  - Attempts to put items that aren't seized back in players inventory if player has space
  - Seize given number of selected physical items from a person including uniform and vest (if they are police) (and HOLY FUCK does BI make it  more complex than it needs to be to do that!!!!!)
  - If you seize uniform/vest and player doesn't have a backpack then give the player an assault pack and store uniform/vest items in it
  - Revoke individual licenses
  - Seize given number of selected virtual illegal item.

I think this is probably referring to people using flashbangs to blow up orcas at a bank.
 
Should this be allowed? Personally, I see it as part of the risk of doing a bank. An officer has to be willing to buy 20+ flashbangs (I think that is how many it takes) they then have to get close enough to throw them up on the roof (you didn't kill them before they got there). You also then have all the time it takes them to throw them up there, during that time why not push down and shoot them? There is a delay on how quickly you can throw the same item. Ex. it is faster to throw a white, red, then green smoke then it is to throw 3x white.
I would be curious to know if you can push the officer before they blow up your orca. Any time I have seen someone use flashbangs to blow up an orca, there has never been an attempt to push the officer. Clearly every situation is different and pushing is not always an option, however, I have seen instances where the officer is completely alone and the nearest officer is on first atm. Push down, out the back, and first never has a shot on you (this is assuming you don't already have someone on a lower level of the bank).
Just my $0.02 but I don't really think it needs to be banned. There are actions which you can take which would mitigate the cops ability to blow up your orca, I just never see rebels use them.

Stop the harassment
Dial back on the toxicity. I want to see everyone have fun. But it's getting to a point where we are having multiple daily issues  
Never use, collect, or distribute personal information. 
You are liable to be removed from the servers for these actions. If it is witnessed by any Admin, they are able to take action regardless if a report is made. We want Asylum to be a place where people can enjoy without the personal attacks and daily harassment.

I see alot of people make fun the Chinese but to be honest they are fun to play against.When you go up against them they will bring up alot of people from somewhere and you will get to see a good fight.
Sure they cannot speak English the same way you cant speak Chinese. Atleast they will initiate rather than some English speakers who RDM VDM etc.They 911 gang has been on this server for a long time and they know the server rules pretty well and don't break them much often.
You wouldn't like it if i made fun of your language,religion or country would you?.

I've banned (7) people for two weeks plus account wipe, most of them were APD Constables, Corporals, and a Sergeant. We see you buying vehicles with scripted money and we will get to you.  

If a hacker comes onto the server and spawns in a bunch of money, DO NOT TRY TO PURCHASE A BUNCH OF STUFF WITH IT.
You will get caught, you will get banned, and worse of all, YOU WILL GET WIPED!
