Firstly, reintroduce the allowance for the JSRS sound mod. The in game sounds suck donkey dick and the JSRS sounds are pretty.
Secondly, let us use our warpoints for something. I dont care what it is, just give something to use them on that makes them worth getting.

Downing rifles should be removed, and be made into only lethal. Make the p07  the only downing weapon. 

Qilins were the only vehicle being used prior to the huge nerf. I think the main reason is that were no other good vehicles. 
 
Some suggestions to promote the use of other vehicles
-Bring qilin/prowler price down to 15k and 12k and keep the doors removed. 
-Buff the tires on the hatchsport, hatch, and SUV to a level similar to the qilin
-Add the strider as an illegal vehicle and should cost no more than 65k 
-Significantly Reduce the price of the hunter so bounty hunters have a decent method of pushing fortified rebels. In addition make it siezable should they use it against the APD.

I get it, you did it to appease the cartel nerds, but they are almost all gone now, they've either been banned.....again, or they have lost interest, like they did before.
Can us normal Asylum folk get a decent means of ground transportation back please?
 

Yes...they should.

I played with Synergy, but then they left due to server stability. 
I played with Prime, but now they’ve mainly moved to Olympus. 
I made money on 3, but now I have enough money for anything I need and no longer need to. 
I played a few times with Envy, but they are moving towards other games. 
Now I login and I don’t really have anyone to do rebel stuff with. 
I go on cop and I hope to find people at drug fields and doing rebel activities, but it’s usually just smash and grabs and driving around aimlessly. 
 
I can handle server issues and I can grin and bear a lot of things, but all my friends leaving elsewhere is really making it difficult not to look at other servers/games in a more attractive light. 

Grand Scheme of things.
 
In 2 months we have 3 patches, fairly large patches..
In 2 months we added 5 (Katiba GL, ADR-97,MXSW, MXGL, Type 115) new weapons.
In 2 months we moved to a new host with 4 new servers.
In 2 months we migrated our DB and web server.
In 2 months we went from immediately crashing at anything over 60 people to being able to stay up for 4+ hours with 80+.
In 2 months we went from having 3 restarts a day per server from restarting every 2 hours.
 
 

Just permanently ban the idiots who keeps getting banned over and over again. People break the rules then bitch about getting their accounts wiped, you should be happy you're not banned permanently.

Sort of out of context since it only captured last 66% of the rant, but I stand by with stunning conviction everything I claimed. It's impossible to be recognized for doing what's expected of you when there is never anybody around to see it because they're waiting around for a fight and too bored by what you're doing it to bother with it themselves.
