    I will make this sweet and simple.
     
    On Friday, May 4th, 8:00 PM (CT), the gang that has the Arms Dealer on server 3 captured will receive 1 million in gang funds. If no gang has the cartel captured at that time, the gang that captures it first will receive the money. And by capture, I mean they must have the cartel capped at 100% with their name on the map.
     
    I will be watching over, if any players break any rules (VDM, Exploiting, Ghosting etc.) your ban will be much more harsh than a normal ban.

    Hotfix 2:
    Altis Landscape Company has finished spraying Round Up in the bank area. Fixed a long standing bug with the calculation of item prices. The price you see should now accurately depict the price you will pay for items.  There may be one bug left here, but it's a fairly small one.   Fixed several exploits.   Almost forgot, APD UAVs will no longer clean up.

    We've said this in the past, but sometimes it's worth repeating:  
    If you find a bug in the game and then use that bug to your advantage then that is an exploit.  If you exploit things that get you large sums of money in the game with little to no effort, then you will likely have your account wiped and be banned for a short period of time.  
    Also as you likely already know, we have a very comprehensive logging system and see what people are up to.  If you are doing something scummy, the likelihood that you're going to get caught is very high.  Only you can decide whether all the effort you've put in here is worth risking over something that you could simply report to us and likely receive a reward for doing so.

    Well its my time to go i haven't been on asylum that long but i'm leaving there is only one reason why im leaving it is survivalizer not going into detail about what happend but thats why im leaving

    We have updated the community goals to add a few new perks for the various levels:
    Increased vehicle virtual storage (this should also apply to house storage crates) Increased talents for both cops and civs Rebel and Police HQ Vendors will have Medical at Tier 2 and above Also, we have lowered the monetary values needed to reach each value.  Each level is now set at $250 which drops the level 4 tier in half.  
    Finally, we have granted each server tier 4 through the end of the month so you can play with full benefits for the next week.

    This patch is a few Quality of Life things for Rebels (well mainly one).  There are a few other items as well:  
    You may now move your gang house.  The gang leader initiates the move by going to the gang house and accessing the move menu under the House Menu.  The gang house is able to be moved to another home the gang leader already owns.  All things tied to the gang will move properly, but the crates will not magically "poof" to the new building.   Player housing in cities is no longer in god mode if it is close to the city center.   Players should no longer fall out of vehicles when they are downed/killed.   Listing your house for $0 will take the house off of the market.   Players may no longer use the Asylum Exchange as unlimited storage.   You can turn off ambient sounds in the phone settings now.   Finally, we added two new vehicles to the game.  They are both considered illegal vehicles, and may be purchased at the rebel outposts.  

    Hotfix 1:
    Armed vehicles should store and pull with ammo now.   North Rebel finally found it's bottle of Round Up. Fixed a few exploits. Performance improvements.   Hotfix 2:

    Hello all,
    I have gotten the green light to have the community redesign Wongs and oil cartels. Their locations and set-up can be changed. We can start off with doing 1 location for each. And then we can explore the second locations at a later time. 
    If you would like to design something and submit it here. Please do so. I will host a vote of these locations after some time so that the community can vote on this. 
    Please be advised I will be away for the next few weeks. My presence will be less during this time.

    So a Russian game developer was licensed to create a Halo 3 PC port, when it fell through mid way in development some amazing guys picked up the project and finished it. It comes out 4/20 and i'm really looking forward to it, they added in all the original Halo 3 maps (and map packs?) along with some Halo 2 maps and an entirely new map. The Forge has way more options and assets than Halo 3 ever had so the Custom maps are going to be INSANE. The game has been out for a little while but this is one of the bigger updates and looks like they plan on adding even more.

    Expand on the war seasons. Have actual endings to them and give out unique rewards such are special titles/skins/whatever to the best/highest rated players. Have an updated leaderboard with the highest kills and kd on the forums. Give out monetary rewards to people who participate in the war season. Example top 20 players in kills get x amount of money.

    Serious thought: the free fire zone is a desolate shit hole. How are you going to encourage someone to go down there when there is nothing there but a cartel people rarely fight any more. Add missions that produce money, prizes, etc. the free fire zone should have more rewards for going there, weapon supply drops, hidden money stashes, I don't fucking know. Just make free fire zone more worth while. The idea is that in every restart there needs to be missions there for people to actually fight over, and that are more worth it than cartels or turfs. (Yes there was some sarcasm you critical autists)

    Overview
    A normal gear up for rebels costs about 25k which mainly includes your gun,vests and clothing etc.If we allow rebels and civilians to craft their own vests it would not only boost people to store gear in their houses but also bring about something new to do.
    This would include a new item to gather which would be either cloth/fiber [Not sure what to call it].You could gather this item the same way you would gather Barley but instead of the grey busy,you need to find a green bush which can be found almost everywhere and scroll wheel on it to gather cloth/Fiber.
    You would either craft these clothing items from Black market production or maybe a new spot designated for it.
    Conclusion
    At the end of the day this is just my suggestion.Nothing here is perfect but hopefully with the help of you guys we can make it happen.The quantity of items are NOT 100% and can change if needed.
    There can be alot to add when it comes to variety of vests and clothing you can buy.

    It would be cool if I could craft vest and some rebel clothes so I don't have to go to rebel outpost and can just craft up a set of gear, store it in my house to use on a later rampage.  XDXD

    Due to the setback of gear dropping by the APD in Kavala (as many of you know). I have had to experiment with MANY different ways of interrogation. I know before the most effective way was to purchase a wood axe from the market. You could press Y, click inventory, click the axe, and click use. It would put the axe into your hands, which made it the best interrogation and torture technique for kidnapped police officers. Now you can only drop the axe on the ground and these officers just need to take your word for it you'll chop them up into 76 pieces, cook the meat, stick it onto a kebab, and then mail it to their families. Before you could actually start hacking at their limbs yourself! Please bring back my favorite way of getting those pesky APD officers to drop their MXs.

    The Bank of Altis has decided to relocate itself to the peninsula location, but has (for now) decided not to move back to the gold standard.   Cocaine and heroin can now be gathered by scroll wheel.  Cocaine is still able to be gathered in the pit as well.   The prices of cocaine and heroin have both been increased by 10%.   The secondary meth lab location has been moved (back) to Koroni.   Fees for placing items on the Asylum Exchange have been temporarily removed.   Suicide vests may now be activated by user action 15.   Purchasing houses has been disabled on server 2.   Protest signs have been removed.   Eating a red burger will now have the proper effect.   Fixed a bug related to LTs being unable to unlock gang houses.   The primary weapon check in the weapon shop should work better.   Anyone who has helmets they should not have should go ahead and delete those from their storage (sooner rather than later).  Keeping those helmets may prevent your storage from spawning properly in the near future.   Normalized some housing prices.   Certain weapons have had their prices lowered.   Fixed a bug that could cause a player being revived to respawn in the hospital The Government of Altis is now paying up to $175k for arrests made by officers and citizens. Increased the arrest cap by $25k.
