When i was rich af on another server, I used to gather a Huron filled with Kavala Hobos, gear them with MK20's and rob the bank with them. Heres a short video of how our first hobo bank event turned up.
I done similar things like this a couple times on here. Nothings more fun than seeing a hobo pistol bang multiple cops

What makes Asylum fun is the very different style of combat of what you might be used to.
I played on a strict NLR server for 11 months. Sure the slower paced combat, the more strategic and tactical gameplay is somewhat fun, but fuck me its hella boring most of the times.
Strict NLR = More strategy, more tactical. Gun skill is not that important, rather better positioning to do well in combat. Generally its very boring. Robbing the Fed alone would take 40+ minutes of planning because when you die you're out, so you had to be careful, you had to plan any outcome possible in order for you and your team to succeed.
Getting 3+ cop kills during a bank job would mean you done good, on Asylum getting 15+ means you done good.
No NLR = Less strategy, less tactical. Gun skill is much more important than positioning. Its a very different ball game, its another element you have to add to you fighting strategy.
Give it time, and you would get used to it and actually enjoy it much more.
There is a reason why players on Asylum are the best when you compare them to any other Life Server, believe me, i've spent time on a lot of other servers and Asylum is home to some of the best Arma players.

I'd suggest that the scotch should age every 60 minutes you are online rather than by restarts .

    Example.

Every 60 minutes 20 scotch of each age should move up to the next age, such as
67 new make scotch turns into 20 scotch and 47 new make after 60 minutes, the next 60 minutes it should be 20 fifteen year old scotch, 20 scotch and 27 new make scotch, then 20 twenty five year old scotch, 20 fifteen year old scotch, 20 scotch and 7 new make.

    Just my opinion

Wait the reason behind it is so because people drove under gates? Who the fuck thought that was a issue. If police can't kill/ chase a man in a Go-Kart that has zero protection and limited speed, well you know who's fault it is. Besides, there's multiple vehicles you can use to avoid the gates, might as well restrict them as well yeh.
This is one of the stupidest things i've heard. bruh.

Here's some simple solutions to prevent any issues with Karts
Are they used to troll in main cities? Make them illegal outside the track. Cops can charge you for driving a vehicle thats not road legal. Used to unflip under other vehicles or other VDM use? Well thats exploiting/trolling and as far as i'm concerned, they are all bannable offences. Used to drive under gates? What advantage does this give anyone? Give a kavala hobo a pistol and he can shoot a Kart driver with ease. GoKarts are fun and always spring up amazing roleplay/ event scenarios. What fun is it driving it around the crappy track? Gather some boys and go on Illegal races on the main road trying to evade police. Restricting it just removes the fun

I think they wouldve Done this, but maybe the dev didnt want to invest time, since it's litterally copy and paste of a code.

Id Like orcas removed again honestly. Helis Should be fir transportation into an area, not a generally inpenatrative  vehicle to extract anyone indefinitely.

The fact Orcas cost the same as civ Orcas is a bit retarded. The cops do not have the same coordination of playing with the same people daily, and are outgunned. Why do hunters and other arnored vehicles cost so much? No ckps pull then, and every time they do, rebels get them anyways, so why not make them cheaper to balance it.

I think you should be able to pick bounties, just like RL bounty hunters do. Sure people will probably go after the high $$ bounties but now you will have like a bunch of bounty hunters chasing you. Might spice things up. Plus it will leave the lower $ for the newer BH'ers.

I agree, it should be a rule to not allow them to be used at the fed. Also, nobody really even does fed robberies nowadays. Yeah cops can easily catch go kart, they only go like 100 km/h on paved roads, and a lot lot slower on offroading, so it shouldn't be too much of a problem.
I don't agree that they should be kept on the track just because they are meant for that. If something is meant for one thing but also serves other purposes, why not utilize all its possibilities? As long as the fed thing can be changed/fixed, would there then be any other issues?

Move Fed to the CSAT Base near Sofia. You have a brand new location to fight, no matter the payout gangs will still do it because its something new. Just rotate it once every few months and you'll be golden.
The Fed was in that compound on a previous server i played on for a couple months, it then got turned into a Blufor vs Rebel capture sector. Its much more balanced for both sides compared to the current location. There is multiple hills to snipe in from, there is multiple reeds and tons of cover for police to move in on foot. The walls can be knocked down if hit with a MRAP (they where reinforced with sandbags to prevent this).  Here is a couple potato fights we had with cops there, the video will  give you a general idea of the location.

    No Zafir no cap
Edit: The mass open areas and hill makes it very fun for MRAP fights
