Keep the gates unlocked at all time after the robbery starts until every rebel leaves(like fed) but lock the tomb doors after x amount of minutes (like u have now) this will keep the vehicle from being locked inside when trying to leave
also small bug: the bomb even after being blown up is still there invisible and you cant drive out without having to unflip out

I don't know if there is a reason for the 5mil listing price cap, but if there is not, raising that cap might be a good idea. It would prevent real estate scams as you could list higher value properties for their proper price. House sales would be a one and done deal, no fumbling around at the ATM. This is probably an easy change to make and would benefit the players
