An idea to add Governor back and make it less overpowered.
 
Tax Rate
Original - maximum tax rate for governor was 20%, everything was taxed.
New - maximum tax rate should be 10%, cops and illegal activity (including rebel) should not be taxed. Remove transfer fees.
 
 
Perks / Abilities
Original - Server wide messaging, weed field illegal/legal, pardon once per restart, governor office, death penalty, sales tax, gas tax, governor outfit, phone app, wanted list.
New -  Server wide messaging, weed field illegal/legal, pardon once per restart, governor office, death penalty, sales tax, gas tax, governor outfit, phone app, wanted list.
I don't have any ideas of what to add to the perks/abilities, but I'm sure we could find some.
 
 
Running for Office
Original - To run for office, you would go to the Government building, located in the town of Pyrgros. Enter the amount of money you would like to pay (more money = higher on the ballot), your title (i think), and your message. 
New - The Government building should be located in Kavala, this will allow for more people to run for office. When writing your message for the ballot, there should be a setting (will have an image below) that asks your tax rate, this is going to be your tax rate for your whole term and will allow everyone on the ballot to see it when voting!
 
 
Voting
Original - Ballots in every city other than Therisa, vote for whoever you want to win!

New - Ballots in every city, vote for whoever you want to win! shows number of votes and tax rate!
 
 
Governor Term
Original - Governor terms last 4 - 5 days. You could run again after another governor is elected. 
New - Governor terms should last one week. You should be able to run again after 4 terms, one includes your term (28 days after you are elected), have a pop up that shows how many terms are left until you can run again.
 
 
Payment
Original #1 (Paratus?) - same paycheck, whether your tax was 0% or 20%, you got the same amount of money. Money was sent to your Government account located in pyrgros each restart.
Original #2 (don't know who tf made this) - You get paid every amount of tax, money was sent to your Government account located in pyrgros right away. Extremely buggy, tax was basically 40% on transfers, everything just kept breaking.
New #1 idea - Fixed paycheck, just like the original #1, you get paid the same every restart.
New #2 idea - You get paid every amount of tax (illegal activity/cops are not taxed)
 
 
Government Office
Original - The Governor had the option to spawn at his office in pyrgros to collect his paycheck, change tax, make weed legal/illegal, death penalty, and lock their office doors.
New- The Government building should be moved to Kavala ATM building for easier access, allowing new players to run for office easier. Everything else should basically be same, other than weed legal/illegal and death penalty.
 
 
Let me know if I messed up on anything, was extremely tired writing this but yea let me know if u have any suggestions, especially perks/abilities. dont mind my shitty art, i forgot what everything looked like.

The Event
The Gang Trials is a 6 vs 6. Bring your best players. Unlike previous gang wars the locations you will be fighting at will be left to chance. A perfect opportunity for a new gang to show their metal. The reason being is I want to see upsets. I want to see gangs adapting to new environments. If you're a gang that relies on fighting at OG / Church to win then don’t bother applying.
As currently it’s just me hosting, with a couple of helpers to setup fights. It will be a 6 vs 6 with a max of 8 teams. Played out over 3 days. The first four teams in the bracket will be fighting on a Saturday. With the second section of the bracket fighting the following day. The final will then be at a time that fits both finalists.
The event will take place June 13th, SATURDAY. Exact start time will be given once the bracket is created (June 6th).

Setup/Fights/Prizes
15 Minute timer on All fights. No exceptions. If the timer runs out, the team with the most people inside the cap at the end of the timer will win that round. If both teams are tied, the round will go to the defending team. Even if the attacking team has more people alive but not more people in the cap, Win will still go to the defending team. On the maps that don't have an attacker / Defender. Winner will go to the most alive in the cap.
The fights will be 6v6 with 3 subs on the roster
Every Match will be Best of 3, and the Final match will be BO5
Each team will have 5 minutes to get every player connected to the server, once the clock is out, no more will be allowed to join
1st place
Cash prize - $6million (1mil per person)
      Secondary prize - Each player on the roster will have an Ifrit, 50, or Orca added to their civilian garage
2nd place
Cash prize - $1.2million (200k per person) 
     Secondary prize - Each player on the roster will have an Ifrit or Orca added to their civilian garage
 
 
Eligibility/Rosters
Must not be permed on the Asylum Servers.
Player will be bound to 1 roster and may not fight with multiple gangs.
I will be allowing changes to your roster until that date they are due by
Must have a minimum of 6 players on your roster
Roster changes after this time will not be allowed. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS You will either fight with who you have or forfeit. If a player is not on the roster, then they will not participate with that team
Gang leaders will be responsible for submitting their rosters. The names you put on the sign up form MUST be the same you use in game on event day. Players with names that are not on the roster sheet, will be kicked from the server, matching PIDs or not. No exceptions

Other Rules and Guidelines
 Any teams caught harbouring a ban evader on their roster will be disqualified immediately
 All Asylum rules will be in effect (No VDM, Exploiting etc)
 All players must be in the Asylum Teamspeak for the event
If a player disconnects mid fight, the player or the sub will have to wait until the next round join back in the fight

honestly give cops a ghost hawk with actual ammo +1 obviously super restricted rules, failure to comply, lethal force towards ghost hawk etc to go guns hot not just hehe xd we ghosthawk pew pew pew. Would solve a lot of issues and it's not like ghost hawks are invincible they're made of paper.

There are a lot of people with major excess honor and nothing it can be used for.  I suggest that more talents be added to the honor talent tree , this would also require the user to be able to learn more talents. my suggestions for a new subsection of the tree would be to have cool down reductions on dropping bounty's, reduction in the cost of gear at skip tracer an once the new subsection of the talents are learned the user is able to unlock  a final skill that allows them the chose a bounty from the list of available bounty's every half hour. 
 
Another idea is to have "High risk targets" In where if someone has had a bounty for an extensive period of time the person or acquires the bounty gains a extra reward whether it be extra money or honor.
There is not much detail here and is a generalization of what could be everything is open to suggestions.
