I agree with @Kituii that SWAT shouldn't be whitelisted. Like he said, every officer should be able to use it. If every officer had an MK1 with armor, shit would be a whole lot different. Also, another issue is lack of strategy. All I see cops do is smash the gates with hatchbacks over and over until they die twice. Sure higher ups will pull the occasional armor, but armor should be used way more. having 1 or 2 hunters can get the job done for sure, but it comes down to the driver. If we were to pull 4-5 hunters,striders,etc. it would be a different fight. I also feel that flashbangs and smokes aren't being used enough. I rarely ever see a cop throw a flash and then push. However every time I have seen it, it worked. the lack of strategy and the lack of confidence that you are going to win is why the APD loses most fights. 
you also forgot to mention that u and the 2 other cpl's have 10 guys in restraints at fed with you. 

I dont think thees anything wrong with it, especially with SWAT being added. Give the cops some time to get into the swing of things with SWAT and I think it will be better.
Yes it would be a lot different, but in a bad way. I dont want 20 cops with MKs and their own strider, that would just be ridiculous

Every time I've been banned, I usually knew what probably caused it.  I think this is the case the majority of the time, too

me when i play defensive positions with better armor, comms, weapons, vehicles, and less restrictions on rules. fight a cartel for once and you guys would get clapped.

I never suggested a buff. I simply wanted to hear opinions. 
We have discussed many different ways to handle fed and the biggest issue is we cannot force officers to listen reasonably. We have to balance being commanders and letting the officers be independent. 
I disagree with this. Yes we have a little time to rp with civs but are not blowing up towers during that time. We have blown up deerstands only a couple times. 

Anyone thinking of applying for the apd should keep this in the back of their head at all times.

The only problem I have with the current system is the fact that reporters can choose for you to not see evidence. How can you appeal your ban if you cant see what you did?

Warrant is the least used slot for corp+, no one goes out of their way (normally) to get that slot, I feel that when you turn in your warrant you should get a little more bonus prestige for hunting them down.
