    Adidas Tracksuit. Re-texture of the MTP Combat Fatigues. I tried Adidas Shoes but I couldn't find a decent pattern over the model so I stuck with Nike. Seems to offend people when Nike and Adidas is mixed, sorry I guess. Given that they are combat boots I don't think they look bad at all.
    The new Contact Tracksuit would be ideal to work with, but when the DLC's release the texture or .paa files are encrypted as .ebo rather than .pbo. Need to wait until they release them as .pbo to work on which is usually a few weeks after release.

    If i were to guess they are gonna update the databases and do an initial test to make sure everything is communicating well. If it works they will be able to release and if not they will know what needs to be fixed and then give us a release date. But I'm sure they wanna be more cautious in announcing a release date considering all the grief that they got when the missed the first one.

    if you dont wanna be shamed dont break apd/server rules. if people face public ridicule maybe the apd wouldnt be so bad. "APD officers are held to a higher standard" should actually mean something.
    of course the kavala rat king would be worried about reports lol. Go lock a new spawn in a sports hatch, it'll be a better use of your time.

    In order to have some sort of transparency, and reduce the feeling that higher ups bury IA reports and such, why wouldn't you elaborate on "action taken" in reports. Such as "Action taken: Points Given". There is no reason to not tell the reporting player what the punishment chosen was, and it will give the community more faith in the process rather than everyone thinking reports on apd officers don't matter.

    Hey everyone,

    The following Asylum services will be brought offline at midnight (CENTRAL TIME - https://www.timeanddate.com/time/zones/cdt) tonight.
    All Game Servers All Web Services The duration of the downtime expected is around 1 hour. Could be longer/shorter depending on how things go. I'll update via announcements in discord if the duration is extended.
    Sorry for any inconveniences that this may cause.
    At this current moment in time, this downtime is only to update the database services to support V2.

    After gathering a couple infamy talents and having a bunch leftover why not have a talent called Born A rebel, where it would allow you to spawn in any rebel. Of course you would spawn with no gear. This should cost around 75k+ infamy as it is an endgame infamy talent and should be worth alot considering its effects.

    TLDR:  I feel as though there should'st be an talent, bought with infamy, such that one could spawn at rebel bases forthwith.

I understand that the devs are doing a SHITLOAD of work, with very few people, however it would have been better to acknowledge this and wait to announce a release week until they had a more accurate estimate. All that being said I think we are undermining all the work the devs are doing to help the community by working on V2 as hard as they are.     This is a fallacious argument. IF the were to happen irl the officer would definitely have performed a felony stop by starting with weapon drawn, however he would have also proceeded to shout commands to get out of the vehicle etc, and rather than shooting immediately would have had a stand off for 8 hours while trying to safely apprehend them without firing a shot. As a matter of fact most pd's would want the suspect to stay in the vehicle until backup arrived and a perimeter was set up so that they could go hands on and still have cover. Trying to simulate realism in this game just wouldn't work. In terms of asylum the onus is on the officer to speak first and shoot last. He didnt do that. Not even close. They were non-evasive, and non-aggressive and he still shot. The LT was in the wrong.

    I totally agree with this. It's super hard to make aggressive pushes especially against DS and FSA cus they one tap you out of your shit and then you lose your ability to push. Thats part of what makes tower drug so difficult to fight vs an established defense. The only concern i would have is for the ability of smaller gangs to have a snowballs chance in hell to fight bigger gangs. I wouldn't want the smaller gangs with less access to rpgs, etc to just get zerged by ifrits and helis and never have a chance to win the fights. On the other hand these changes would make large gang v gang fights much more fun imo.

    I think a good tweak to oil would be to make it such that any gas sold on the island has a cartel tax that goes to owners of the oil cartel. As a boon the whoever owns the cartel doesnt pay that tax. Then make it so that you cant refuel in your garage/or that doing so also pays the cartel owners. You could also add another one or two oil rig locations that the cartel cap rotates between.
