    Mobile moonshine lab. Works similary to crank. Purchase a Mobile Distillery from the RV Shop in Sofia or within any chop shop. It's currently using a scuffed texture. Will be updated in the future. Collect corn, water and yeast for moonshine. Corn can now be collected from any bush on Altis. Find a hidden, but safe area to set up your mobile distillery. It will emit smoke. Start the distillery process by processing the three items into moonshine. Moonshine can either be sold to Wong's Food & Liquor, or processed into White Lightning at the Spirit Distillery. White Lightning is also sold to Wong's Food & Liquor. Metal detecting. A metal detector can be purchased at the market. When nearby a mine, scroll to start the metal detector. Alcohol drinking effects. Ability to set a custom gang tag. Must be rank 2 or higher. Cops will be paid for stopping bank robberies, convoy robberies and prison breaks.     A concern brought to us by the Cpts is that there is not enough time between federal events. It was suggested we increase the time greatly to allow for several things:
    - Actually ending the fighting
    - Collect all suspects and return to an HQ
    - Process all suspects
    - To return to Patrol
     
    The benefits suggested would be:
    Allow more time for civilians to fight each other, rather than cops. Bring risk back to running of illegal items as APD would have additional time to patrol these areas. Give more opportunities for spontaneous combat to occur rather than scripted events.  
    suggested downsides: 
    Large groups looking to make money from bank/fed/lockup would have to wait much longer to do so. If your group mate is sent to jail from a federal event, completely eliminates the opportunity to break them of jail.
     
    Greatly increasing the time would obviously be a major change to how the server currently functions. And before we make any decision around this we wanted feedback from all sides in the community. Please vote in the poll, and give your thoughts on the topic.
     
    (And yes I am aware the federal reserve cool down is currently broken)

    Atleast for me with ridealongs if someone messages me on discord or TS i let them know if i am willing to do one or not. Scheduling stuff never works, at the end of the day its a video game we all get on to have fun not make it a job. The problem with scheduling stuff is if something comes up and the higher up isnt there it makes more people mad. I dont really see a wait issue right now anyways.

    Some of us play this game for fun not a full time job. I get on to have fun not do higher up stuff for 8 hours a day. Now i understand by me taking this sgt spot takes a little more work than being a constable or corp, but i still want to be able to have fun on the game.

    the event is meant to be challenging, not a roblox tycoon. The purpose of the Federal reserve is to be an end game event where groups of rebels fight the APD for that delicious mullah. Not about grabbing some gold bars and hoping the cops are too busy to arrive immediately.
    The event should have a evidence lockup style disable systems before domes could be broken into. something around 4-5 minutes should allow for the federal reserve to become what it is supposed to be.

    Mainly rolling this out due to some needed fixes. There will likely be another update in 1-2 weeks.
    Added:
    Fullscreen NVGs. Replaces the regular NVG overlay by default. Re-added the Master Crusader arrest bonus. Only bounties under $175,000 will give a 50% bonus. Type 115 to turf shops. Some drugs can be purchased at drug dealers. Hatchback and Hatchback (Sport) can be purchased at rebels. Medical assistance and medical shop to turfs. Changed/Tweaked:
    Shooting while having as little as a toe under water will no longer make you fire blanks. Slightly decreased the size of the speed camera notification. Dying in the driver seat of a vehicle will reset its despawn timer. Some code for corpse deletion. Moved Kavala down on the spawn menu. Fixed:
    Plane crash crates being locked. Formatting of a revive notification for new players. Speed camera notifications not showing up for cops. A bug causing physical house inventories to be wiped. Receiving 0 gold nuggets/treasures from gifts. Some exploits. Hotfix #1:

    This is great, if the civilian only has one house. But, big bounties that lock themselves in houses don't always have just one house nearby. Take Farmersville for example. If you wanted to get them out of a house, you could blow it up, but they'd die in the process, and spawn at another one a hundred or so meters away. I know a good handful of people who have multiple house spawns in Athira and Pyrgos as well. And at 20k per house to blow up? Not the best option.

    APD FEDERAL EVENT DOOR/DOME ACCESS:
    Corporal+ may unlock and open doors/domes using officer discretion once events are elevated in order to assist in closing/clearing out the event. This is NOT to be used during any other situation. Don't forget to close the door(s) on your way out. This is NOT intended to gain advantage during active firefights/engagements to surprise attackers. This is solely for situations where someone gets locked in a vault/dome by accident or other means where the APD cannot gain access once the event ends or the doors lock.
    Any officer found abusing this feature will be removed from the APD.

    The main argument against has always been house raids are something which the dev/admin team wanted to be a rare occurrence.
    This idea is something that was talked about a while ago, and kind of fizzled out. I don't remember why. 
    I will also tell you what I was told when Clint pulled me into a channel and promoted me to LT. "House raids are the main reason LTs get demoted. Don't fuck them up."
    I am kinda on the fence personally. When I get called to a house for a raid, I would say probably 9 out of 10 times, either the cops securing the house die, or the person quickly surrenders when they hear an LT is on the way (or lately it has been detonate a sui). The surrendering is because they know we can take inventory. That level of fear wouldn't exist when it comes to SGTs opening doors.
    All and all, it is something that could be looked at again. Would require some rework of the house raiding policy, as well as some dev help, but seeing as how we actually get the later now, it could happen!

    Opening house doors should be SGT+ not just LT as LT are not on as much or near the active situation you trust these guys enough to give them the rank of SGT I don't see why they can't open up house that have people locked in spraying 7.62s though walls murdering cops and new players it's off putting for civs too "oh your one of the highest ranked officers but you're not allowed to do anything how fun"

    APB TRACKING:
    APD officers may go ANYWHERE on the map to update the APB with the following stipulations: 1 life rule per Rebel Outpost per APB 1 life rule per Cartel (regardless of status) per APB with the additional requirements: SGT+ must be in attendance SGT+ shall mark the map prior to entering with their name and the APB name 1 simultaneous attempt of all APD Officers tracking the APB ALTIS SHIPPING EVENT:
    This event is a Federal Event and all APD Officers must respond for a MINIMUM of 2 lives Vehicle search and seizure inside shed (refer to section below) Vehicle search and seizure outside shed: 1 minute all clear OR 3 minutes of APD control will allow the vehicle to be moved to a safe location for seizing  *Control is defined as no rebel fighters in the immediate area of the vehicle*
    *If at any point the APD loses control of the vehicle the timer must be restarted*
    PLANE CRASH SITES:
    APD Officer discretion to attend Standard Red Zone rules apply 1 minute all clear prior to seizing the crate is required with the following exception: If there is no combat when Officers arrive and drive up to the crate they may IMMEDIATELY seize it BOUNTY HUNTERS:

All Points Bulletin (APB) re-added Grabs the highest wanted player on the server and sets them as APB, must not be in jail and dead to successfully evade. Ability to see your own charges on the wanted list. Press 1 while on civilian to view your charges. New Admin Halloween Event To win, you must uncover and burn skeletal remains and be lucky enough to find a special secret! Added Altis Shipping Robbery http://gaming-asylumwiki.com/wiki/Shipping_Robbery Started on the pier at Athira Chop Shop. 3 different tiers. The higher the tier, the higher the risk and reward. Deliver the vehicle to a drop-off point to receive a large amount of cash. APD can track the transport vehicle. Added Blood Money Vehicle Shop at Rebel New Item "Heisenberg Meth" added After processing Crystal Meth you can process again for Heisenberg Meth, which sell for an increased price at drug dealers. APD related charges have been added. New Item "Cocaine Brick" added After processing Cocaine you can process again to obtain Cocaine Bricks, which sell for an increased price at drug dealers. APD related charges have been added. New Item "Gold Nugget" added This will primarily become more useful upon release of quests. Sellable at Commodities Trader, Jewelry Stores, Turfs, and Rebels New plane crash sites will randomly appear across the map APD are welcome to come fight for the ability to seize the crate for some good money depending on the value of goods. The zone will be treated as a red zone. The contents inside can be illegal/legal as well. Van (Transport) added to the SWAT garage vehicle list. Orcas have been added to the AFD vehicle motorpool. Medics can now open/close bar gates remotely, both old and the new models APD can now open the new version bar gates as well Speed Traps added back in. New location(s) added. There are specific poles at the locations that signify it being a speed trap. We left the nasty screen flash out. Traffic Cameras Each Speed Trap location has a pole with mounted cameras that the APD can use. Officer must have the "UAV Terminal" in the GPS slot to get the options. Officer then can select any speed trap cameras to view within 5km of the cameras location. While in traffic cameras you will be unable to hear things going on around you character, this may include VOIP. APD may be releasing further information/policy on usage of traffic cameras. Role Playing Grenade Launcher has been added again to both Blood Money shops and Rebels at a steep price. When players are near vehicle smokes their screen will become blurry. An "X" button to close the redeploy menu for the APD. Changed/Tweaked:
    Message History GUI updated. Detailed message history and able to see full messages as well as the players group tag. Jump height is now constant and not based off player weight. Admin/Event Gifts Should now wait until you're alive and will wait for you to lose some weight. Admin gifts will now give a warning that the contents may be illegal. Admins can no longer spam gifts by accident. SWAT specific items removed from loadout spawning for Evidence Lockup when non-SWAT. Cop cap will be removed when player count is 95+ (all slots will be available). New textures for AFD vehicles (Offroad/Hatchbacks/Strider/SUV/Orca). Civilians should no longer be able to co-pilot medic aircraft. Subscriber Hatchback has been changed to a Halloween texture. New player revive fee has been made significantly cheaper. Wolf Dew texture now requires the necessary achievement to unlock. The cost of the mining/gather device tempest has increased. Medic boat shops should be working now and garage should show properly. All civilian boat areas should now have medic spawns added to them. Medic rank requirements for some vehicles should be changed. Rank 2 for the Sport Hatch, Hummingbird Rank 3 for the boats Cops should now be able to search/seize containers/tents. The "Refill Magazines" action will now work if the loaded magazine is unfull and the rest of your magazines are full. How vehicle cleanup timers are reset. Updated the UI of the house menu. You can now choose different colors for the house light. You can now see the combined cost of your house's bank/market value and inventory/aging barrel upgrades. You can now remove the gang house and keep your gang. You can now set another house as your gang house, replacing the old one. Gang creation no longer requires a house, but instead costs $25,000. This can be done through the phone. Significantly decreased the amount of time it takes to initalize houses after server restarts. Purchasing from a medical supply crate will now pay the medic who owns that crate. The prices are 3x the normal value for the convenience of having it anywhere on the map. Replaced the random medical supply drops with a manually called in version that acts as a mobile medics shop. Tweaked the auto run script to only be cancelled by WASD. This allows you you alt tab now without it cancelling. The "X" button on some menus (e.g weapon shop menu, loadout menu) was changed to look better. Fixed:
    SWAT End Scroll Wheel action should stay longer now. Cops of sufficient rank/role can now use undercover Hunters. Hurons for cops no longer require the undercover role to be pulled. Shooting blanks after being downed and killed shortly after. Rangefinders counted as weapons in certain checks. The NVG effect will automatically apply now for admin events and their preview cinematic. Removed:
    Medic Air Drop crates. Quest Stuff commented out temporarily (this includes the menu that was previously available)  
    Hotfix #1 and #2:
    Fixed an anticheat false positive for cops. Disabled APB until it can be looked at properly (caused issues for cops: lag, delays, redgulls not working etc). Fixed 2 other script errors. Fixed gang house changing/removing being possible for ranks below 1. Fixed the normal and supervisor medic Hatchback Sport skins being swapped. Fixed medic Rhib skin only covering half of the boat. Fixed the convoy event taking money with an insufficient amount of cops online. Hotfix #3:
    Fixed requirements to use the medic Rhib skin. Fixed inability to purchase aging barrels for houses. Fixed gang creation being abrupted if you were already in a group. Fixed alcohol aging (server shouldn't be as laggy as it's been so far this update). Fixed the ability to check your own charges. Tweaked the blur effect when near vehicle smokes.     Potentially made house upgrades work more reliably. Fixed weapon/loadout menu closing instantly when opened. Fixed players not being able to interact with garages etc after being in the graveyard event. Hotfix #5:
    Fixed plane crash markers not deleting. Fixed SWAT van. Fixed the naming of the Hatchback Sport subscriber skin. Fixed some issues regarding the graveyard admin event.
