I thought you were trying to explain why a loadout costs over 30k In any case, as a constable, with mostly free loadouts, I played kavala, and made around 2.5 mil in a month never even touching civ. Easy money, but unbalanced as fuck. Never lost a loadout worth more than 3k, seized probably around a mil of guns licenses and weed and generally pissed people off when I wanted to. Now as you get higher up in the apd, you get higher paychecks and more money from processing. The apd literally gives you more money so you can buy loadouts and still make cash on top. It's bullshit

cause everyone in the server is compliant when the apd seizes their shit. its a loaded rule, nobodys compliant when that much heroin is on the line. when i clap 3 cops and they seize my shit out of spite it gets annoying.

Right now the meta for cops is die once, return with another free loadout and kick ass, make money on arrest, go out and repeat. If a cop dies there's literally no reprocussions. They lose like 30 seconds of their time and maybe a slightly expensive gun if they're a higher up but for the most part theyre fine. Yesterday I killed 3 cops in shootout and when the 4th got me, they made sure to seize my 45k hemmt and robo cop the fuck out of me. It's all fun and games until I stand to lose a 45k legal vehicle and the cops have nothing on the line. The cops consistently make money and only in extreme circumstances lose anything other than time. When you can't strike a blow at the apd it makes it very frustrating whne they find you. Make their loadout cost something instead of letting them run around with free guns and eat bullets with buffed armor

So right now we have the ability to craft most guns and magazines legally or illegally and it's a well developed system with no real problems. We can also craft vehicles some which require money so it kinda defeats the purpose of crafting them anyways, but it is a decent system. But we cannot craft armor which I think is kinda dumb and could change. Right now I could stock up on katibas in 20 minutes and have around 100k of them without spending too much. But to get armour I have to buy it from a reb. If we can craft vehicles and weapons in bulk and stock up on them, there should be a way for us to craft armor in bulk as well, so we can have full load outs in stockpiles instead of having to drive to reb for vests and CSATs

Right so I think that the RDM stuff gets taken a little lightly. People bitching in side chat about "50k cOmP oR bAn" is kinda annoying after a while. I think that a basic system for demanding compensation would be in order. I'm gonna write the idea I had for solving this. If you believe you were RDMed, you have a right to text, or use sidechat to request contact with the RDMer. At which point you can demand a static payment of 7k to cover the medic expenses, and a little extra for time wasted. If no medics are available and you requested one right away, the RDMer is liable to cover the total cost of all your equipment plus 5k for the time It'll take you to repurchase your shit. This system I think would solve a lot of the RDM disputes, as there would be a way for instant and fair compensation. If they do not compensate, and only if you have made a fair effort to contact them, you can submit a ban report, at which point the admin will decide if it really is RDM and the rest of the already established RDM rules apply. Anyways I think this is a good system for the game, and could help out a lot of people.
