Hello all,
I was asked by sidechat about the possibility of adding a new vehicle to be used during federal events. We are seeing issues with many civs not quite making it out the fight. This vehicle would be used to help transport civs to key positions to begin the robbery etc. Only a civ would be able to pull it and once it's used at a fight they could be seized by the apd. 
I have concerns that if it falls into the hands of medics that havoc will be caused with it. The windows can be penetrated with 9mm, the body with explosives and the tires shot out with most weapons. There are small windows at the front and the back, and a few on the side. It holds a total of 10 people. it has a top speed of 108 km/h unless there's a fatass like Billy in the back then you're lucky to even get around 58 km/h. When civilians dismount they are discharged at the rear of the vehicle. 
I tried to push a HQ today with it and while pushing the main building someone was able to shoot me down to 99% health. 
What are your thoughts or concerns on this?
Please understand that this isn't some guaranteed to happen. Just looking into it and thinking it over.

1) rarely going see it 
2)easy to shoot out guy / easy shoot out tires 
3) guys get out of back so just kill them as they drop 
4) rpg the shit

seems fair enough, considering how little see the capt on wouldn't be all that common anyways plus it's not that hard to counter it

Make a second server where it’s a fresh wipe. I feel like this could bring back a good portion of pop since it wouldn’t mean people have to start fresh if you wiped all stats.I feel like a lot of people left because there is no longer incentive to play due to everyone being in end game. This would give the feel of a new server but with the already built functions of asylum. I know I would come back if something like this happened.

The map is kinda dry in the upper top North-West of the map, so why not add barns that players can buy.
The barns would add another way for players to make money, and they could farm items like potatoes, wheat, or even high end Weed. You can buy the seeds for Potatoes, and Wheat from a Farmers market, but the only way for the weed seeds are gathering them from the weed field.
Just a little suggestion let me know what you guys think.
