I think they should go with my plan from the start:

    1. Go Rogue start deleting all of their friends off of steam
    2. Rip off the Olympus mission file and start deleting shit out of it , moving stuff around, and adding a couple asylum things
    3. Deploy it and call it like 9.0 then say that all the donations were for great servers and they changed the map based on people's opinion
    4. Throw all the skins made up on a donation and say they need money to pay for the new servers to hype everyone up
    5. Get all the new money from step 4 and go buy a gold watch
    6. Get a gym membership so you can work out with your watch on and make other people think your cool as fuck
    7. Call Leon cause he loves watches and wants to know where you got it
    8. Host a gang tournament so you can steal olympus players and then laugh when envy wins again
    9. Remove anyone thats been an admin since synergy has been around except Badabing and Clint Beastwood.
    10. Add Leon to admin and get a deal with gatorade and be set for life

God that sound like a nightmare.

    - I can build a PC with my eye's closed but its just the area I have to work with it would take me 3 or 4 hours to get it built and installed properly so I was thinking in terms of 4 hours working vs 4 hours building.

Ill post the number of a comparable build in a second here  - you kinda get forced into buying a GPU though which would be kind of stupid to buy a prebuilt right now with the 11 series coming out. (Although I could just give the 1070ti to my brother or something)
  7. Penguin_ liked a post in a topic by Gatorade in Write up on Custom Built vs Pre-Built. (Current Prices with every detail).
Hi Everyone, I appreciated everyone's help on the other thread I made so I put together some notes I took down on the price differences incase anyone was wondering. Its essentially around a 300 dollar difference to have it prebuilt. If you take into consideration the free game, free rgb lights, cheap keyboard / mouse you  could argue that its a 150-200 dollar mark up for it being built. I don't think most people will give a shit about any of those things though.

    Write up:

    Prices:
    *******Building myself********************
    1. Prices through one single merchent:
Amazon was generally the best - 1,263.33 without video card , 1,763.32 with (1170 estimated 499.99$)
Amazon has combo deals that end up making this the cheaper route if you dont want to deal with rebates. (Or they may be
    a bonus even).
    2. Prices through combined vendors
Mix of 3 - 4 vendors saves you roughly 40 bucks (And most of its mail and rebates), $1725.53.
If you don't count rebates its actually more since amazon bundles cpu and mb -> 1768.55
Note: This is with the 4 year warrenty on MB, Ram, CPU.
+ Video card warrenty would be 3 years for 8.92 or 4 years for 59.85. I would probably add the 8.92 lol.
    ~ $1734.45
    Benefits:
    - More selection of parts , which in my circumstance I love a certain case and want to wait for the 11 series card.
    - Amazon deals and CD for my own windows for future reasons.
    - No Shipping nightmares as amazon is usually pretty good with that.
    - Quick easy returns.
    Cons:
    - Building it my self in a small area and the time consumption.
    - Would have to hope I manage to snag one of the 11 series cards with all the competition when it comes out.
    - Individual part ownership basically.
    - Not as professional as the company who does it.
    https://pcpartpicker.com/list/pCsGP3
    - Please note I wouldn't actually use the video card listed here. I just put it as a price comparable to what the
    1170 will be estimated as.

    ******* Prebuilt ******************
    1. CyberPower PC had the most reasonable prices while having some choices that were still cool
Price with premium warrenty (19$) + Ultra Packaging Protection (19$) + Thermal Paste ($10) + Professional Cable Wiring Care
    - $2088.
Price without any of the above $2021
    Configuration#: 1KLN42
    (http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/saved/1KLN42)
    Benefits:
    - Free Game ~ 40$ value
    - Free RBG Lighting
    - Optional keyboard + mouse for cheap (Most people wouldn't give a shit but at  work it never hurts to have another
    keyboard / mouse).
    - Don't have to build it, and quality of build is from professionals rather than my self.
    - Software is already installed and updated
    - One stop place for warrenty and support (Provided its not shit).
    Cons:
    - Warranty:
Warranty Coverage - Company warrants to the original purchaser that the Product(s) shall be free of any defect in material
or workmanship for a period of three years for labor and one year for parts from the date of the original invoice from
Company. Company shall have the sole discretion in determining whether Product is covered under the warranty for labor
and/or warranty for parts. Should the Product(s) supplied by Company prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or
material as reasonably determined by Company, Company agrees,  at its option, to either repair or replace the Product free
of charge, excluding any shipping or handling charges.
    - Case is a full tower instead of a mid - will be a pain in the ass for current set up.
    - Risking shipping your entire PC built.
    - Takes minimum of two to three weeks before shipping, god knows how long it will take to ship.
    - Prices may vary when the 11 series comes out and they could get jaaaaacked up or you are forced to go with a video card
    option for now.
    - Essentially costs 250-300$ for them to build it.

Thats because there's an NVIDIA conference that should be happening (today I think?) to announce the official release date of the 11 series cards. They also promised to get stock on the 10 series cards and moving forward they would get more cards in gamers hands for the new 11 series

Edit: Changed the topic rather then make a new thread. You guys are always so helpful.

Anyways, I was trying to find reviews on Cyberpower PC's warrenty to see how it is but I couldn't find much. There website states the following:
" Warranty Coverage - Company warrants to the original purchaser that the Product(s) shall be free of any defect in material
or workmanship for a period of three years for labor and one year for parts from the date of the original invoice from
Company. Company shall have the sole discretion in determining whether Product is covered under the warranty for labor

material as reasonably determined by Company, Company agrees,  at its option, to either repair or replace the Product free
of charge, excluding any shipping or handling charges. "

    - Which basically says if they deem it okay theyll replace it otherwise good luck. (Unless im stupid).

+ TLDR: Anyone know firsthand or have experience with their warrenty's?

My first real PC was an alienate Aurora r4 I still have it after many many years literally have some zero maintenance to it besides cleaning dust and putting in a new graphics card. Honestly if you are buying a computer now I hear it is the way to go to do a prebuilt. The only thing I didnt like was the wait to get here.
The one bad thing I heard about certain companies is they will use not the most known/best brands on things like your psu, ram etc. That's where they save money.......

I got mine from https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/.  Reasonably priced compared to building it yourself given the warranty.
Cost £2.2k total,  parts alone worked out around 2K if I was to build it but got 2 years warranty for everything including parts.

Only issue I had was a harddrive fail within a few weeks of getting it but they sent out a replacement without much hassle.

I get your frustration as its annoying to lose your gear but I wouldn't let it bother you. The clothing / y inventory you lost isn't worth much and you would make it back in the time it took to make this post. On top of that you have to understand that this little activity pops up once in a while and its a way for the governor to make his money back from what they invested in their "Campaign" as they get paid per death row member killed. It boils down to a fun activity thats acted upon by greedy corrupt governors and it is meant to steer the votes for the next election. Its also old as fuck as others mentioned.

As for the APD getting buffs and updates well that maybe true but lets look at what that boils down to. You have a cop force full of people who don't know each other that well and aren't ideally comfortable playing with each other. This means there already at a disadvantage on top of the average rebel loadout compared to a cop loadout. It's up to you want to fight cops who are half brain dead and poorly equiped all the time but just remember eventually they will quit and there will be none for you to fight.

As for the rebel tree, yeah its in a list of things they want to add, but lets be honest what the hell would you want out of a rebel tree? Some special talent that takes 10% off your mark 1? I don't think some silly talent tree is what you all want, I think you would rather more content and a stable place to play. The less shit you add the better the server performs.

Love both of them, but a side note they came out with Corsair Void Pro's (Wireless and wired) recently if you are still into that style headset.
