    This is such a dumb APD rule. This does nothing to stop people from camping in a house. For one, the civilian dies 90% of the time, so you blew up the house for nothing and in return and they can just rebuild the house and don't have to go to jail.
    Using 30 flashbang is also dumb because then someone can just steal the 30 flashbangs and then use it against you, this is coming from someone with so much money I don't know what to use it for. Kavala is a NO-GO zone for exactly this reason, not worth going to Kavala when your only way to get a camper is to blow up the house. Its also annoying for new players, imagine you got kidnapped along with 10 people and they just left you in the corner of a house for 10 minutes, the whole apd comes to try and save them, but cant do anything because there is no LT on and the only reason for blowing up a house is if they are shooting form inside of it (nothing says anything about kidnappings).
    Blowing up the house with flashbang is the same as using lethels, but the idiots in the APD always refuse to allow lethels on houses because "just leave the area" or "blow it up". Spoiler alert: that doesn't solve the problem of some guy shooting at random civilians from inside his house since he doesn't have the punishment of jail/ticket

    Suggestion: Blow up the C4 bomb on the bank or open the door of the house. Perhaps he needs many. It can only break open the door of the house and cannot obtain the items inside. So the mice have no place to hide.

    -Add a garage to the flag so we can pull after the event and not be stranded

    -Allow owners to lock the doors on the boat to reduce the camping
    -Add the number of people in the circle on the map
    -Add a second vehicle spawn for ground vehicles 
     
    Vehicle upgrades
    -When opening the vehicle upgrade menu let the player see what upgrades the vehicle currently has

    To add to this, I was looking at the .50 cal in the editor since this was the first I had ever heard of it having a shield. Turns out it can get a sight on it too. How outrageous would it be for this to be a potential upgrade? No one ever uses the iron sight on it because it is completely awful.

    This isn't really a developer call.
    We don't have a development team big enough to go back and retroactively remove Dom wins/money and figure out who should get what. (Even though i try) This isn't the tour de France and were not awarding a gold medal to 75th place due to cheaters.

    I can't comment on the current policies regarding scripter association Ect. as I just am not informed enough to know what is consistently being done. That is an administration issue. 

    Over the last 5 years admins/inhouse anti cheat have placed on average over 30 bans a day (More because some bans get deleted). 2/3rds of those bans are permanent. 75% of all currently banned players are for scripting/cheating. Its a massive problem and lots of time is dedicated to deal with the issue. It is exceedingly rare to live ban someone. It just takes time to compile evidence and definitively ban someone

    Part of the issue is watch anyone long enough and you will get a clip of a weird kill or something unexpected. You have to watch alot of gameplay to build a definitive case against someone. Especially when we are talking about players with thousands of hours on the server. Arma 3 isn't like CSGO where you can see exactly where they were looking in real time. Frankly sometimes its like watching a lag switcher. Arma default spectate is trash and easily detectable by cheaters. It pops them a notification when we are watching. Its simply impossible to have enough staff watching every single player of every second. Even if we had 10 admins flipping thru 50 players it means 4/5ths of the time they can cheat. It's counter intuitive but the more admins you have the harder it becomes to reach a consensus on who is cheating. Ive seen multi day debates surrounding 15 second clips. Trust me the admins are active and trying. Even if you can't see their main account on dom. In the end Battle-eye can't catch these people with root access to their PC. An Admin with a terrible spectate tool flipping between 30-50 players isn't moving the needle much. Asylum developers are doing what we can to automate bans and point out suspicious patterns. We all dislike cheaters but a game from 2006 isn't going to be cheater free.

    All i can say is historically we get them eventually. Either battle-eye detects them or we do.

    EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY
     
     SWAT Commanders are changing how removal of SWAT with points goes. With this new policy update, we are aiming to keep current SWAT officers in check by changing the following.
    CURRENT POLICY 
    If an officer receives TWO or more points you are removed from SWAT.

    CHANGES:
    If an officer receives ANY point(s), SWAT Commanders are able to remove an officers SWAT Whitelisting at their discretion.  
     
    If you have any questions or concerns on this change, please feel free to message one of the SWAT Commanders.

    If a gang gets caught playing with a cheater during a dom they shouldnt be allowed to win. their points should reset to 0

    Is restrain still on the scroll wheel?
    Personally I would rather have the escort as a scroll wheel option still. I don’t want to be locked into a menu trying to escort someone while getting shot at.

    Make a custom menu. Let you scroll wheel on a player and hit “open processing menu” here will be the “charge with crime” , escort, arrest etc
