There should be a change on medic cops for sure. Instead of it being 75 % faster bloodbag change it to 50 % for example. Don't need to be a major change. But the no cooldown defib has to go. If people don't understand why they are clueless simple as that.
The civ medic talents is pretty much where they should be at this point. Not op or bad. They are pretty much the best we could hope for as a civ tbh.
Don't pretend the civs have not been nerfed over the years.

Looks like you don't have the oil processing license. You can pick that up at the Oil Processor (*Not DMV!). (highlighted)
And if I'm not mistaken, I believe the talent only works for running oil via the boat (as that's the only way to get rubber) but I could be mistaken; not sure owning the talent actually makes your vehicle gather faster. Perhaps @Azeh or even @Ron Johnson might know for sure.

ohhhh, silly me man... thanks a lot
it said oil processing license in the wiki, so i thought you only needed a license when you wanted to process it and that you could buy it at the processing unit when there, but here i see it says drilling and processing :-)
yeah that helped a lot, but you have to get the license at the oil processing, you cannot get it at the dmv

When time allows. I was aiming for mid this month. But I'd say probably end of month. Can't see it being longer than that. It's hard to find time to sit down for long periods and doing the tedious long stuff. Testing sometimes takes longer than expected too.
