personally feel this is unacceptable and should be looked into. you guys had made posts saying to sell everything, server 3 would not be up, that s3 would become the new s2, and then all of a sudden change your minds. now the people who had good locations and took the time and energy building up some of those are screwed and lost their houses because of a sudden change of mind. yes it might be time consuming and a pain in the ass thing to do to get people back their shit, but thats your responsibility as being the community manager and admins and owners of the server is to help out the people who spend their time here.

if cops KNOW that it is a bug and use that excuse to just randomly shoot someone, seems pretty cut and dry to me. they know we cant hear the sirens, they need to take that extra step to make sure we know we are engaged in rp and they are allowed to shoot at civs. would be expected of civs, so should be cops too

That's why I lead cops to red zones. Soon as we hit that 300m it's night night for the cops. 

so i take it if cops have no action taken because sirens are bugged when they down civs, there should be no action taken if a civ decides to jump out and blast a cop that has been following them for a bit especially if they are wanted. seems only fair to me, cop could have his sirens on not my fault if i cant hear it, it should go both ways, why can they down people when they know its bugged but not be killed also?

what if the cop says " leave or i will have to escort you out". is that means enough to shoot? he is not saying he will restrain you but you know that is what he means by it.

maybe could also have admins have to file a report just like the rest of us instead of handling something that is done to them instantly and sometimes unfairly. as has been said multiple times by multiple admins in this topic, you guys are only human, and as such are prone to dealing with situations in which where you feel you were wronged you have to get the last laugh and instantly ban someone when nothing wrong was done.
i have had a certain admin ban me before, multiple times, because he either got pissed off or had a grudge with me, i dont know, and instantly ban me for rdm and tried to make the bans longer than necessary because they were pissed. and ofc, with the rule being only the admin who has banned you can be the one who can change the ban, it didnt matter that i had video evidence where i was in the right and that admin was wrong, my appeal was not only ignored but i was basically told to fuck off and that the admin wouldnt help me in any way. i ended up having to go to the CMs just to get the ban lifted and the admin only lifted it grudgingly.
it is for these  instances where i feel that if an admin is in game and playing, that admin should have to follow the same proceedure as everyone else and record and report and not be able to handle bans for stuff that happened to them because the chance of that admin abusing their power is too great IMO

what if right when i have to take a shit, i get apb targeted? usually if nature calls i just log out till i get back and sit in the lobby so im not afk captured or killed or something. with this apb thing would i need to take a picture or video of me shitting now to verify that i had a reason to log out when im hit with an apb notice to not get banned?
