Unable to perform duties or not, Paintballing is a no no. As for them getting blacklisted, think of this.. was it a first offense? had they been talked to before and told to stop? 
 
Either way, they paintballed when they knew it was against APD guidelines. SO, rules get broken, even in times of nothing to do, punishment has to happen.

I've banned (7) people for two weeks plus account wipe, most of them were APD Constables, Corporals, and a Sergeant. We see you buying vehicles with scripted money and we will get to you.

You can already shoot from 1km out with a MK there is no need or use for anything further range than that considering Asylum is supposed to be an RP / Competitive fighting server. Nothing says RP like getting a 338 lapua magnum in your dome from 3km away...

"Wubz" - we really have no need for you here.  Your negative badgering and completely irrelevant posts are nothing but bothersome to everyone in the community.  I think it's safe to say if anyone here gave a shit about what you think or what you thought, they are long gone.  Hell I don't think that type of person even existed.
