Now being serious I would liek to give my opinion about this (new captains) I would like to see someone like Abraams as a Captain, good cop, cool person, etc. On the other hand we have 95% of LTs who dont give a shit about you or your story, egocentrics af or acting like assholes, they just dont care, abusing lethals all the time etc etc. Imo we dont need to have a bad ass or drill instructor as a captain I think we all want is a guy doing the "right" thing having in mind that after all this is just a goddamn videogame.

So ive been here for nearly two years and ive seen the following cops as higher ups for who knows how long :
PAINBRINGER (Why the fuck isnt this guy anything higher? Has the best attitude towards having a good time and doing the right thing in asylum.), SneakyAssHiite (Would make an amazing captain, just as bamf did), RevengeX, Quattro, Aabrams, Murmur, Starance ,  Dustrunner (I hate you but you've been a cop since the dinosaurs were alive), Abstand ,  JBDragon,
 
Why hell havn't any of these people ever been considered? Anyone who has ever applied for a gang, admin, or anything knows hours on asylum may not determine your skill level but it determines your knowledge of the way the place works. You can't understand things in 600 hours that a guy with 6000 hours can.

Personally, I loved Captain Bamf, Captain Triligy, & Captain Nighteyes. You knew they had the APD's back and supported fairness to the players at every opportunity.

With me captain everyone would be stationed in Kavala with pistols only.

Feel free to hold an LT only (no other ranks, nor civilians) meeting and discuss your concerns between each other. If there are enough LT's with concerns, then make something out of it, if there is not a majority or maybe you just want to talk to the Captains as a group as well I would suggest talking to them. We shall now leave this in the capable hands of the LT's.

1. KevinOB (Literally shoots you out of anything).
2. Sojobo (Because he's the only admin that can shoot).
3. Starance (Annoying as hell, with an Mk1).
4. Sjoul (Just a legend, nothing more).
5. Everyone else sucks, including you... Hubs.

Hey Guys, I have noticed Anders's old Key binding guide is gone, might as well re-post it.

The following is a list of the existing Use Action Keys that could make playing the game much easier for you.
Use Action 1 - Open Player Menu. Use Action 2 - Pickup Nearby items. Use Action 3 - Open Virtual Inventory. Use Action 5 - Lieutenants Secret feature(Extra car lights) Use Action 6 - Siren Type(Officers) Use Action 7 - Siren Mode(Officers)  Use Action 8 - Speed Radar(Officers) Use Action 9 - Use spike strips. Use Action 10 - Earbuds(Volume change between 20% - 100%, does not effect Voices that much). Use Action 11 - Consume Red Gulls.  
 
How to reach the Use Action key bindings menu:
Configure > Controls > SHOW: Custom Controls(Scroll down).

Theres some great cops from every server, sometimes you get too well known on a server and the cops may hate you and robo cop you. I just wanted to thank another
officer names GhostofDawn    Who gave me probably the best RP i have had in awhile excluding the higher ups.

Just wanted to say lately I havn't been getting robo copped, or treated like shit by the APD. Its been making it alot funner to play and do things when your not fighting cartels. Alot of the "Career Cop" Encore players have been extreemly well oriented on the RP side and following the guidelines. You guys really do make the server a hell of a lot funner to take part in. (Yes funner is not a word, but fuck it)

I like it, as long as it stays out of Cartels then it avoids the pre-group cap troubles, green names would be awesome.

Please, listen to the gangs who actually do a lot of cartel fighting. The new location is not good. If you want an amazing (for the most part) list of cartels that would be interesting, reference the link below and look at Vanilla Coke's posts on the first page. There are so many amazing compounds that can be easily edited (take out 1 large military tower) to make an amazing cartel fight.

I'm only hyped if it adds MUCH more weapons, units and vehicles.  If it doesn't, I really don't fucking care.

 I've had my fair share of cartel fights when it was just Innovative, Unknown, AMW and baby bad blood on the side. Long before your time I bet lol I'm sure every "career cop" was in a big gang at one point.

If u remember how precint 4 was back in the day, i guess you understand why alot of stuff happened? Im pretty sure precint 4 was the worst precint at that time, atleast for a while. Cops camping meth lab, lethaled everything they saw no matter what, the time LT's had 50 cals, they were used to kill people not to deal with the orca as it was supposed to. And the cops talked smack aswell, but i can understand why the cops complained when they got killed in HQ pretty much everyday. Im not saying every higher up on server 4 " ruined " server 4, but there was a few. There was always a few good cops left, but to actually roleplay or interract with them at all was pretty hard. 
But that changed after a while, and if i remember correctly the precint got a bit better overtime.
