Add a parole option implemented with the pressing plates, for instance after so many X number of plates pressed, parole becomes an option on the pay bail sign, different numbers of plated pressed and bounty amount may differ the time on parole you receive, good alternative for the 300k+ bounties, press plates for 15 minutes and get an hour of parole as an alternative to 10 minutes of RP with a cop to MAYBE receive parole rather than have to sit 45 minutes afk.

pressing plates i don't see being used to its potential, pressing plates for a 300k+ bounty is pointless, jury duty is a joke as everyone is a troll and votes guilty, even if pressing plates is altered with taking time off of your sentence rather than reducing your bail

Not a terrible idea, but I think if we were to do something like this, we'd need to make plate pressing much less AFKable.
It wouldn't be fair to let someone off of a 300k bounty for 5-10 minutes of standing around with the occasional movement to select the next action.
