You cannot take the drugs manually out of the plane, but it does have them in there and it registers to police searches. Police can now make trafficking charges against players.
There's no upfront cost but instead a fee on failure. As long as you don't mess up, you'll get pure profit.

The Airfields with the drug dealers will be treated as illegal areas for officers, only to be patrolled once every 10-20 minutes.
This does not mean that they are shoot on sight areas for cops. Initiation is a must!

@bamf mentioned the Exchange script was in place on S5, but technically it isn't actively running as in the db is not being used? No one is actively selling and buying things etc..? Might be worth a try to remove the Exchange for a couple days to see if that has some impact.
I've been told by another Dev things like the Exchange, Dynamic Markets etc.. things in that similar line may have impact on servers in terms of performance. Worth a try imo.

im going to bed, to answer the obvious question, once the ifrits froze in place i shot both drivers out. i also ran to windmill and killed every single person there, and i dont even feel bad about it.

I don't think anyones ungrateful, but when the game has grown to such a stale point, and nothing changes, but when you do updates and do patches you fix/add the most minuscule useless stuff, it gets tiring. 
Although bug fixes are a necessary evil that must be done before implementing new things, we are just so tired of the same game, 6.0 was promised as an Asylum Innovation that would 'Change Altis for the Better' or somewhere along those lines, and in my opinion it completely ruined it, not just 6.0 in general but the patches following and etc.
No one here discredits what Paratus/Bamf/Speed/You...hell even Gnashes do, but at some point you keep beating the dog, (us) we're going to bite back, we just want new fun things to do, I can give you one example of this, and its Alcohol, you guys added Alcohol, I wanna say 6 months ago? And so many people that didn't play, hopped back on and enjoyed Asylum again, it doesn't take a complete overhaul of the game for us to enjoy it, all we ask is for more transparency with where you guys want to go with Altis and more complex things to do to make money and fight other players, if sitting rebels down and talking to them, although I admit sometimes it can be frustrating for you listening to so many people, is helpful to the dev's, then let's get something set up. I honestly miss the 'Golden Age of Asylum' where fights were plentiful, side chat was at a premium all-time-high toxicity, the servers didn't shit harder than a lactose-intolerant dude at an ice cream festival and the game was just FUN. 
If you want any elaborations, perhaps some things that could be improved/added I can write them up for you in a nice orderly fashion and you can pick and choose what you think would both keep the server afloat and be easily do-able.

In what world... did we ask or need body cams? I don't like even thinking about the concept of people using it improperly to spy on each other, especially if there is a hostility between the dispatcher and the officer he is watching.
We either need some more information as what I've said above could be improperly concluded or this honestly needs to be removed. It's a bad idea in general.
All cops want is Prowlers and Jeeps. Give us that and don't fucking touch us with an update for another couple months for all I care. The one thing we ask for that's just basicly a quality of life change is taking so long to happen for reasons unknown to me.
Like seriously there is a vanilla Arma3 black skin for the prowler already. Just give us that until the skins are made. As for all seats being gunner seats cops are fine unlocking the vehicle who cares.

Unfortunately, despite the feedback I provided in the past and hopes I had for it, the dispatch feature has failed. There's nothing that can realistically be done for it at this point. It's honestly just a source of hassle for staff and admins to hunt the people AFKing in it, and that's about all it's good for. Sorry I know a good amount of effort was put in but it's just not what any officer particularly wants to do for longer than 10-15 minutes, and it's not particularly helpful enough when officers have become better and better at responding to 911 calls and stuff directly themselves anyways.
