Please add the Milwaukee FUEL M18 Sawzall to Rebel Outposts.
This tool will allow civilians to interact with unsupervised vehicles, start an interact bar, and disable the vehicle while stealing an item (catalytic converter) that may be sold.
I imagine different tiers, like that of an Ifrit being worth more than one from a potato hatch.

Why not just add a "Kamikazee Jet" make it 250k like a suicide vest which allows it to be used as a weapon. You not only have to know how to fly but also how to line up your target. The pilot also dies in the incident and is out 250k. 

Suggesting that the Mk14 (Classic) Hunting Rifle and Kozlice shotgun that are both sold at the Hunting shop, be considered legal while within the Hunting Grounds ring for APD policy purposes. There's already a policy for searching for dog meat within Hunting Grounds.

would be cool if you could petition to have your monthly hour requirement lowered if you have been an active corporal for 2 years or something. I don't think they should get retirement perks or a new title in game though.
