We all know that Athira is the new Kavala. Athira is where its at and if you need to assert your dominance in that town, there is no better house from which to do it.

You all know it, you know you want it. Ive had it for 4 years now and its time to let it pass hands to someone that will use this majestic piece of property the way its meant to be used.......killing cops.

That said, I dont want just cash. I am searching to trade for a quality shed plus cash. I dont need cash, I want a unique piece of property in exhchange plus some cash with which to stock my new shed.

It does, but for the right person in the right group, they could prevent that from happening. I would imagine that anyone that can appreciate this house for what it is, they can stop people from blowing it up.
