Just a thought with server lag.

Seems that the server(s) only start lagging directly after a Bank / Federal Reserve  is on "Elevated Security". I have no knowledge of scripts or anything to deal with this server, but if I had to guess , I'd say some script running after Bank / Federal Reserve ends it causes the server to lag out. (Possibly script continuously repeating itself) . Literally just started happening on S4, also happened after we finished a Bank earlier on S1. Way too much of a coincidence to not have to do with one of the two mentioned above.

P.S : If this has been mentioned already ; then maybe we should look into it?

Yeah, or we have had it happen after a fed too. Maybe something to do with stuff spawning in? But then again cartels don't lag when people sell drugs or anything...

Most of my lag encounters on cop have happened right before a bank/fed.

and a few in the middle of a bank/fed

Just tested this on high pop server with a fed going on, didn't cause the server to lag at all. We waited like 10 minutes after it went into elevated security.

Idk; it legit only seems to lag when doing a bank / fed for majority of people. Haven't got a clue then

What if it's the swat script that is causing the lag?

Did swat deploy during y'alls bank/fed?

Possibly the swat cleanup script?

I think the biggest reason it happens during a bank, is all of the people showing up.. It seems when you're in a town or VERY populated area (Pyrgos during bank) and you have half the server show up to that one location, is when it can't catch up.

Think of all the resources in that one area, the gear, the vehicles, the players.. Could that have anything to do with it? I mean if 10 people show up fully kitted, full mags, nades, RPG's Sui vests, on top of y inventory, then cops show up with cars and gear, then die repeatedly and show up with more cars.. that's A LOT of resources in one small area.. could this have anything to do with it?
