In an effort to ensure that the APD is as organized as possible when it comes to federal event response; myself, Sergeant @Polar, and Lieutenant @King created some graphics that label callouts of all federal events. Hopefully this will give clarification to new and old officers in terms of where everything is located. The following images are presented from highest to lowest response priority.
Some of these images will be difficult to interpret just by looking at them on the forums. So, I have attached a link that contains a google drive folder of jpg images of all the federal events and their callouts.

Gas station:
For a long time, gas stations have been idle, and we should play their role.
1. Firstly, the function of refueling in the garage should be cancelled, and all vehicles must go to the gas station for refueling;
2. The gas station can be occupied, you need to insert a USB drive into the counter to occupy it.
3. It can bring certain benefits. The revenue comes from the processing of oil and the sales of fuel by gas stations themselves.
4. The income will be temporarily stored in the gas station ATM and needs to be actively withdrawn by the owner.
5. The revenue from gas stations will be seized. If you successfully rob a gas station, you will receive this money.
6. Only when robbing gas stations of money can the police and owners stop it. But they can shoot each other. They are independent.

Below are steps to setup custom Field of View FOV values for Arma 3.
Locate your [User].Arma3Profile inside %userprofile%\Documents\Arma 3 - Other Profiles\[User] Edit values located next to fovTop= and fovLeft= ; these should be at the bottom of the config file. FOV Values for the common 1920x1080 resolution screen:

As unfortunate as this is for you, the world does not bend or break to accomodate anyone. This is something you'd have to figure out how to deal with alone. Or stop playing. Not much else I can say, just the truth. I'm not aware of any in-game things you can do to help here.
Also, saying to also give them to civs would surely make your problem worse? Do you know what you want at all?

I also suggest that when an APD member is caught cheating everyone of the same rank gets demoted for 1 week. If a Cadet gets caught cheating all Cadet weeks get reset. 
Let's make all the cheaters feel the pain by punishing everyone. They will feel empathy and see the error of their ways.
