    Effective Immediately
    Therisa (Donor Town) Policy Removal
    The threat of the rebels has come to an end in Therisa. Civilians and their families have started to move back into their homes and populate the area again. Officers may now patrol the town of Therisa freely again.
    Officers are still not to be in the area for a prolonged period of time.
    Flashbang Grenades
    Flashbang grenades may no longer be used to intentionally destroy vehicles in any circumstance.
    Any officer caught attempting to do so will have disciplinary action taken against them.

    Added-
    Wearing a gang tag for a gang in which you are not in will result in admin action. This is being implemented to reduce the confusion during initation, gang wars, etc. It should go without mentioning that this has the potential to negatively impact a gangs reputation if unauthorized users are representing a gang's tag.

    Oh you mean the patch that made it so when u bump anything (road dildo, bush, etc.) your car takes no noticeable damage but the max speed cuts in half???
    yeah, great patch!
     
    please, lower qilin/prowler prices!!  The meta could have been dealt with by removing doors only.

    Would be fairly simple. Bounty hunters get cheap armored vehicles to help them do their job. If they use it against the cops it would get taken away. This would be no different to their use of bounty hunter weapons.

    Qilins were the only vehicle being used prior to the huge nerf. I think the main reason is that were no other good vehicles. 
     
    Some suggestions to promote the use of other vehicles
    -Bring qilin/prowler price down to 15k and 12k and keep the doors removed. 
    -Buff the tires on the hatchsport, hatch, and SUV to a level similar to the qilin
    -Add the strider as an illegal vehicle and should cost no more than 65k 
    -Significantly Reduce the price of the hunter so bounty hunters have a decent method of pushing fortified rebels. In addition make it siezable should they use it against the APD.

    Probably something that is now broken. (Since rain got disabled)
    It has been a 'feature' since like late 2014 if I can remember right, and is supposed to sync realtime weather on the island of Limnos, Greece, which is where Arma 3 Devs drew inspiration for Altis. Or should I say basically copied. Either way it's pretty cool.

    @Mitch (IFRIT), I think it would be useful if you started adding keywords to your titles. I know you probably like using "Asylum Announcement" to get people's attention, but other folks will start getting lost among many similar titles when reading previous announcements:

    • Space Turtles •
    Space Turtles is a fairly old gang but has never had a thread so I figured I'd go ahead and post this up so people who are interested can have a place to ask questions and what not. The majority of our members are also APD members and we'd prefer to keep it that way, we're either playing cop together or civ together - it's no fun taking down your buddies so it's important to us that we all roll together.
    We are active on Server 3.
    As expected our members are in fact turtles, turtles from space.
    • Space Policy •
    All turtles are expected to abide by server rules at all times, any turtle caught stepping out of line will be immediately removed from the team.
    It only takes 1 person to ruin the reputation of an entire gang and as such we do not stand for any breach of server rules within our ranks.

    Recruitment is currently: Open.
    Applicants can be accepted by Leaders.
     All applicants must have a microphone and be able to use Discord.
    Recruit period will be determined by the Leaders.
    It is also preferable that you are not a pleb and can listen.

    Added ability to repair/refuel vehicles in garage. Changed:
    Changed the system for chat commands. "!" is also the trigger now. For example: "!911 Help" or "!e ninja".  Changes to code syntax/formatting. Many minor optimizations. Modified Precinct 3 whitelisting. Renamed BABS to CABS in one place.  Renamed certain files to remove duplicate names. Reworked APD charging menu & wanted list. Reworked clothing shop menu. Tweaked bank payout to be dependent on the amount of cops online. Tweaked pickup of donor items. The sell price of diamonds has gone up. Fixed:
    Fixed federal reserve robbing animation where you would get stuck in an animation after drilling a safe. Fixed drill stopping animation at the bank where you would move around unless you had a primary weapon in your hands. Reworked virtual item shops to fix item prices.

    Fixed Skiptracer clothing menu. Various wanted menu tweaks.

    I'm glad to see the return of P3. Someone drag Space Turtles out of the woodwork.
    I'll also be accepting a lieutenant position for P3 if you're looking for people to fill them, it's the precinct I got promoted on to begin with.
    (Very happy I ran all that meth on S3 already though...)
