    Yeah one of the problems with v2 is that it hasn't been any new features yet. Will start playing when there is something interesting. The same thing over and over is getting boring fast.

    Might as well make it so we can strip the cop’s gear. Easier to make that a thing, than get a bunch of cops to start roleplaying and getting the captains to make a policy.

    - There should be a system where you get a set max amount of points for each offense and it is at the LT+'s discretion whether or not the particular situation or low severity of the act warrants a point reduction. That way people that do not like you do not give you multiple points in order to increase the chances of removal. It's currently very inconsistent and circumstantial. 
    - Remove disrespecting chain of command/higher up rule, should just be disrespecting a fellow officer. Feel like this is given out to people who don't take bull shit from sergeants+ and refuse to listen to something they find unintelligible. If something isn't specifically in the guidebook that I must do, I'm not going to follow a stupid order.  I'm not going to go to another city because "there are too many people" in one. 
    - Add an anonymous statistic on the amount of points given and what for. This improves clarity between the civilian and police factions.
    - More detail needed from IA's. Action taken tells whoever reported an officer almost nothing. Action taken could be "hey don't do that again". And for the trouble we go through to submit an IA and the pain experienced from dealing with that cop we deserve something. They don't have to tell us how many points were given, but a simple "Points given", "Verbal warning given", would help us feel like we didn't completely waste our time making a report. If a cop fucks up or does shady shit, they should be called out for it and held responsible. I'm not sure why it needs to be such a big secret. Also increases accountability for actions and makes sure people are actually receiving the discipline they need.
    - The only straight to jail charges should be harassment , impersonating an officer, and escaping jail. Increases role-play and prevents cops from prioritizing money over role-play.
    - Retired Captain shouldn't be captain in game. Makes no sense, even retired LTs get perm corporal. Retired Captain should get Sergeant or LT max. They aren't required to know the current guidebook and when they fuck up play the captain card. There are some good retired captains out there, but the ones that fuck up should be demoted a rank. Creates too many problems, plain and simple.
    - Kidnapping/Hostage Situations need more set rules. It almost always ends in the kidnapped cop dying. Whether it's from flash banging the house or cops trying to raid. Negotiation attempts need to be a requirement and when a deal has been made between the civilian and officer, it is not to be gone back on. If the civilian attempts to break the deal, then the cops may as well, but people need a guarantee that they aren't going to be shot immediately after freeing an officer. Needs to be a small grace period after the release of hostage. 
    - Clear lines need to be drawn so that everyone knows when they are being crossed. The only way change is going to happen within the APD is with transparency. Like the issue with the retired captains, it's hard to report someone for breaking the guidebook when their role allows them to do it. This is not directed towards any specific captain, but a general statement.
    - Ability to be in cop channels while not on cop as long as you are not on civ. If we want to go talk with the boys on cop, there's no issue if we go into our own channel and talk while not in game.

    After reading @Luciens recent suggestion for a new money making I figured we could definitely do better (Sorry). With the recent release of v2 and the Arma 3 Contact content, I don’t think there is a better time than now to suggest this idea I’ve had for a while now. 
    Background: A substantial amount of uranium was found underground in Altis. One (or several) mines have been opened up. They are located in remote areas due to the strong radioactivity. Miners may be searched by the APD at any time while in the 300m radius at either the mine or refinery to check for the proper licensing.
    How it works: Only players with the proper equipment (hazmat suit and/or gas mask) may enter the mine without being harmed by the radioactivity. In order to mine, a player will need the clothing listed above and a pickaxe. Uranium can be collected in the player’s Y-Inventory and stored in any vehicle. The raw uranium can be taken to the uranium refinery where it can be turned into processed uranium (license required). The processed uranium can be sold at the commodities trader for a fair price.
    Final Notes:
    1. This is only a suggestion and things can be changed so don't flame me.
    2. I don’t know if half this stuff is even possible.
    3. I see how the clothing requirement could be voided as most do not have the DLC and will have watermarks when they have it on.
    4. Can be illegal/legal. Either could be argued

    First lets start with the new tracksuit, we need to be able to use carrier lites with it. If not it's useless to wear unless you wanna be a naked pretty much. And please don't tell me it has the same armor level, go ingame and test it first.
    Second the prison. No idea who thought that was a good idea xD <- See my xD?
    At this point if there is gonna be a second bridge there has to be a policy in place about vans at the prison. If not there is way to many angles and pinpoints the cops should be able to use and legit win every prison break unless there is 15 rebels and 6 cops.
    And in the future including the community for changes like that might be a good idea, just saying.
