Keep in mind as cops when we win a mental 10 bars is like 40k max spread between us just tryin to get us some money

    ok

Where would the event take place?
    Bank--->Fed Reserve
What is the goal for the APD in this event?
Deliver a "Bank deposit to the Fed Reserve" , Cops would start at the bank building and transport/escort a large truck with 300k banded bank notes inside to the Federal reserve to store the cash. Similar to shipping there could be a delay when initiated and/or a time it has to be secured at the Fed Reserve.
    What should the payout be?
300k split between cops, 300k bank notes if civs steal it
Would there be any specific rules for the event?
A certain number of cops online Ex. (10) all would have to be present to start the event (maybe at least 1 SGT+), as well as a determined min civ pop as well to start
A tracker similar to shipping should mark the event vehicle

yes IF we catch everyone involved we get a payout IF none are lethaled by gangmates or cops or kill themselves then we get a fair payout from it but this being a cop started one there has to be incentive for us to willingly be involved in a fed

The event team is looking into a event that police can start similarly to shipping or other federal events.
We are looking for some input from the community on how this would work.
A few questions that need to be answered are:
Where would the event take place?
What is the goal for the APD in this event?
    What should the payout be?
Would there be any specific rules for the event?

Any feedback would be helpful, Thankyou

Not a bad idea.  We will look into it 👍
  10. curley liked a post in a topic by Kernikov in Allow officers to charge civilians for initiating/threatening each other.
Situation: An unarmed civilian "hands up or die"-s another civilian in front of you.

This is not illegal, and unless they draw a weapon or refuse a command from you, you cannot charge or ticket them.
It may be an empty threat or there may be a second person with a bead on them, you don't know.

For an officer, it doesn't matter because you can charge them with "Threatening an Officer".

I argue that it should be as it used to be:

Civilians should feel a bit more safe with cops around.

    EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY
    Disarming a civilian:
Officers now have the option to disarm a civilian if they are caught escorting another player in Police restraints.  Officers do not need to give warning to this.   Retired Captains:
Retired Captains may now give disciplinary action to APD officers if they are found to be violating APD Guidelines.  Current Captains may still overrule disciplinary action given out by Retired Captains if they deem it necessary. APD Staff Retirement:
You must serve 6 active months in total as an APD staff member in order to retire.   Sergeant - 6 months If unable to complete 6 active months as a Sergeant - Demoted to Corporal with activities. Lieutenant & Captain - 6 months  If unable to complete 6 active months as Lieutenant or Captain - May retire from APD with previous rank if total active time served is 6 months or more.

Unlockable expensive ability that allows a bounty hunter (or rebels, if there's interest) to "buttstock"/knock-out a restrained target and apply a temporary blindfold effect that functions the same as the existing blindfold, but only lasts for about as long as being downed by non-lethal ammo stuns you.

This could be a whole skill tree for predator bounty hunters or "abductor" rebels, with stun duration and cooldown between uses being affected by talents.

I am fully aware that I will experience consequences if this suggestion passes.

    Added:
**Intentional Harboring of a cheater in your group or gang will not be tolerated and you will also be banned when caught if the evidence finds you guilty**
Any gang/group caught inviting/grouping/harboring/playing with a cheater will be banned.
This means anyone in the gang/group with a cheater will be banned per below.
You MUST be mindful of who you allow to play with your gang/group.
All Senior Admin's approval (100%) will be required to make an exception/unbanning from this rule.

The Gang/Group Member Ban (GMB) length will be as follows for each member if member is to be found guilty:
    Initial Ban: 30 days
    Second Ban: 60 days
Final Ban: 180 days (Every ban beyond this will be subject to review and increased)
These bans are applicable to the entire gang/group but stack individually for each member.

Information DIRECTLY leading to the ban of a cheater will be rewarded a minimum of $1,000,000 and up to $5,000,000 (Pending SA approval and discretion)

Checkpoints are non-existent for the most part. An update with them would be nice to see.

    Blindfolds
-Allow corporal+ to blindfold restrained suspects above 150k to prevent suicide vesting or other attacking in transit to hq
    Lakka, Kavala, Paros checkpoints
    - allow the sign used to pull vehicles to have a Redeploy option for fed events
-Have a sign with the option to "set up checkpoint" that would cost like 40k and would spawn 2 apd hatchbacks as well as possibly some  barriers and maybe lights to show the checkpoint is manned. This could also enable items to be seized into evidence  and people to be sent to jail similar to a mobile hq. Having another option to "deactivate checkpoint" to remove all the walls and such would also be great in case officers need to quickly redeploy for fed events.
    apd cadets
-make em wear white so they are easily distinguishable and targeted. Too many damn colors now
