They do, what he's proposing is that officers can only go back twice, and are forced to go back to normal patrolling after giving two lives.

This was already changed back in April, you're now only required to respond twice to those events.

Seal Team Sloth had a great group of admins for a while and it was a blast to play on their servers. I think one of the biggest aspects of their moderation was that they protected the new players. Both videos weren't RDM.

In the first one he told you to sing the British national anthem and you started singing the American one.

In the second one the video was not only too short, but the guy also initiated through direct chat, telling you to get up and that it was a robbery, which resulted in him killing you as you just sat on the ground.

To dive in to the question some more, I can't think of any reason as to why you would shoot at the police if you're unrestrained. Even if you're kidnapped, maybe shoot towards the police to buy some time and get yourself in a position where you can shoot the kidnappers.

Thanks for the answer, but I forgot to add that the roleplay also included their gang killing my family if I turned on them, should I still try to down the kidnappers in this case?

If I'm being kidnapped by civs and they are being chased by cops, and they say that if I want to live I have to help them kill the cops, can I shoot at the officers chasing them when they unrestrain me?
