    Also i forgot ryzen comes with a cooler, you could drop that and also get an hdd. The only intel cpu in your budget is probably like a 9600k, take my advice and stay away from the 9th gen, no hyperthreading and they will be complete shit for games unless you get an i9, theyll max out and youll get bad stuttering. If you would be willing to get a cheaper gpu you could get a 10600k and be set for years but it would be overkill for your gpu at that point.

    On to the original reason for this post. I am not sure I am understanding the situation correctly, but I believe we already have a policy in place to address this. Server rules state that someone held hostage for over 10 min can log out. APD policy states that an officer must roleplay to the best of their ability for those 10 min and then log. Basically we want to see effort from officers for those 10 min. Not just you got kidnapped and went afk.

    I think he is more referencing having the kidnapper in cuffs in his own house, so you cant get out with him and youre stuck in the house.

    ive been banned once for combat logging but thay was sorted out because I’d didnt combat log I crashed and had video evidence 

    previous gang: taliban I was with senior Aiden he can vouch for me I know he’s a recruit rn maybe Leroy Jenkins can to since he’s my neighbor at the vehicle factory and we’ve never had issues or anything

    interest: the leader of Taliban is deploying so the gang fell apart and senior Aiden’s the only other player I really know well on this game   

    My garage is overstocked on orcas but I own that vehicle factory garage I’m at vehicle cap and my house are at physical inv weapons cap need somthing to do with my stuff I’ve been collecting

    What's your interest in joining Drunk Squad?-  I've been the leader of the KGB for a long long time, I took it from the OG S2, to a small group on Tanoa, and then to S4 and finally S1.  I have rebuilt the damn thing almost 8 times now, and I'm just tired of having to recruit and devote the time necessary to rebuild it again from the ground up.  I haven't made my mind up entirely, but I'm tired of rolling solo on civ and wanted to see if I could get in with a group that sounds like a very low pressure group of guys who just roll around and have fun.
