My game was doing that as well. I tried launching straight from the executable, starting up battleye etc, and it gave me an error (something about reading some privacy thing). To fix it I went to (Steam Library)\steamapps\common\Arma 3\BattlEye and edited the BELauncher file. What you want to change is the line PrivacyBox=(Some number) to PrivacyBox=0. My game worked after that. Hope this helps
