The following patch is going out on #2 now, and most of these changes are on #1 as well. With just a little more testing it'll be rolled out to 3, 4 and 5. I'm pretty sure it's good to go as it is though, with minor issues.
    7.5.0
Made some large changes to the way actions load and unload from memory, which should give you a pretty good boost in framerate performance. Headless client is live! You won't see any change as a player aside from severely reduced desync. Changes to the speed cycle of day and night. It's now impossible to talk with voice on side chat. Players will no longer auto-join the police side when connecting. Fixed broken emotes and added a new fear emote state (use #e).
    Hotfix
Greatly stabilized headless client so that hard restarts should not be necessary in most cases. Improved the reliability of the scroll/action menu. Fixed a bug which would prevent gang experience from being awarded correctly. APB evades will now contribute towards gang experience; protect your friends!
    Hotfix 2
Hardened the last known cause of the headless client going dead. Police should now be able to re-track APB targets in the same manner a bounty hunter can. Weapons will now be discounted properly with ownership of the arms dealer. Magazines will now receive the same discount as is available for weapons. Added garages in hunting zones. Greatly reduced the distance you have to move between tracking while hunting. More than doubled the amount of animals that spawn for each player in hunting zones. Campfires now have fire. Reverted changes to undercover until I have more time to polish it out. Hotfix 3
Extended the stability of headless client. Fixed the hunting garage on Altis. Added parking meters in congested parts of town. You can now inspect parking meters and add time ($10 per 5 minutes) to the meter. Police are now able to charge Unauthorized Parking to the owner of a vehicle who is parked in an invalid location in an area with parking pters, or whose meter has not been paid.

This isn't a very big patch because I've dedicated a lot of time to setting up new server hardware which we'll be using for improved and very specialized anti-DDoS systems. We see about a dozen DDoS attacks every day.
    6.8.3
Fixed more command menu exploits. The Yamaha R6 can now be pulled out of garages. Fixed broken race 4 on Altis. NPC citizens have started making their way back into Altis. Fixed an exploit allowing you to shoot any weapon under water (Arma bug). Logging back into the world with a vehicle active will now give you the keys. This will also apply when a server has just restarted. Containers and their contents will now be properly removed when a house is sold. Fixed a bug which would prevent new containers from being placed in houses on Altis if it's the first container in the home. You can now pull an air vehicle from the Arms Dealer airport on Australia. Hotfix 1:
Y inventory should now drop as expected upon death.   Removed the rifleman slot from the cop selections Hotfix 2 (Australia):
Moved the cocaine pit and processor Moved ephedra field and phosphorous mine Added an air garage to Darwin The Courthouse in Darwin will now accept prisoners from Bounty Hunters Helicopters are moderately cheaper now for both rebels and the APD The APD has additional weapons choices beginning at the rank of Constable

There are some issues like that to fix with this software but overall it's awesome. You can create your own gang groups to get private forums and everything.

[All] Added a new capture point, the Wong Triad! The triad will take a 5% cut from all sales done at a Wong's shop whenever the triad is 100% owned. [All] Civilians can now place certain objects within 300 meters of a capture area flag. [All] Rebel markets now sell a few different defensive structures which can be placed. [Australia] Weapon addons which cannot be properly attached to a gun automatically are now added into your inventory instead of being consumed. [Australia] Added missing talent for police purchase of vehicles. [All] Cleanup will now work more reliably and won't remove things it shouldn't. [Australia] Fixed a memory leak in many parts of the map, including Sydney.

There are a few things to mention, but I'll get right to the biggest change: @bamf is, as of tonight, a co-owner of the community with me. Bamf will have the same authority and access as I do and we'll make decisions together going forward. So, congrats to Bamf on the ultimate promotion!
There are a few reasons for this change, and one of those is that we'd like to expand the team with code contributors from the community so that we can push out more features at a faster pace. Bamf's help in management will make that possible.
There are also going to be some significant structure changes to other parts of our team as well as policies for bans and how they're managed. You're going to get more information on that really soon, but our goal is to make things easier on the people who receive bans so long as they're not for serious causes.
So, congrats to Bamf! There are a lot of great changes coming. MAGA!

You can now collect salt water by standing/swimming in ocean. You can now gather corn, rye and barley from appropriate plants in the world. Yeast is available at the market. Ingredients can now be combined at a new processing location to create base alcohol including moonshine, scotch and two types of whiskey. You may purchase aging barrels at home furniture stores which can be placed in your home and used to improve the value of different alcoholic drinks. Any type of house which could have a storage container can now have one additional container; however, you may wish to use this slot for an aging barrel. Contents of an aging barrel will improve with each server restart. Scotch will improve slower than whiskey in large quantities, while moonshine isn't aged at all. Added charges for possession of illegal liquor. Time will now pass much slower; it will likely not become night. Many vehicles which could not be chopped now work as expected. Recipes
Because I forgot to put a nice UI in the game to tell people how to make different things, here you go for now.
Moonshine: Corn, Water, Yeast Whiskey: Corn or Rye, Water, Yeast, Barley Scotch: Water, Yeast, Barley Hotfix
Large houses can now properly hold 3 containers. The jewelry store will allow sales again. You can no longer gather environment objects from within a vehicle. The possession of illegal liquor charge now works properly.

The maximum amount of money in a cartel container has changed from $150,000 to $200,000. Cartel payouts and cuts are now a little bit more aggressive. Fixed the Dodge Viper price on Australia. Increased trunk size of the airplanes on Australia. Fixed a bug with storing some vehicles in your garage on Australia. The prison on Australia got that much-needed funding and reinforced all prison structures. Hotfix
Jurors on Australia will no longer spawn in the sky. Fixed garage/chop issues with some new vehicles on Australia. With new funding, the Australian police department is now able to supply it's SWAT officers with ammunition. Hotfix 2
Fixed bug allowing gold bars to be taken from the reserve too easily on Australia. Moved the salt flat rebel outpost on Australia. Fixed issues with some vehicles saving and storing in garages on Australia. Added proper color variations for the Porsche. Added more color variations for the Yamaha R6. Added more color variations for the Beetle 4x4, including extras for donor level 3, 4 and 5. Added a new position for the Wong Triad on Australia.

Oops, I forgot to mention this. It's been live for hours!
You'll now get 20% of the value of a vehicle when it's destroyed, so long as it belongs to the enemy forces. The reward system is now live. Your reward is based on the difficulty of the war for your side. That means that if your team had a huge balance in your favor, the reward won't be as good. There's now a forum thread in announcements where you'll find the results of each war and the top 25 players listed. Everyone on the side receives at least some money, and that amount depends on your rank. Some various bug and exploit fixes. Hotfix
Fixed bugs re-arming vehicles removed from the garage. Rebel engineers now spawn with mine detectors. All units will now spawn with a GPS. Rebel JTAC should now be able to connect to their UAV. Fixed a bug which caused magazines to be removed when reloading. Player tags will fade based on distance. An auto-balance mechanic has been added. The server will select people to switch sides when needed. If you accept, you'll receive a bonus. Hotfix 2
Payouts should now happen, but may be delayed 15-30 minutes from the end of a round.  If you are online when payouts happen, the payout will go to the Asylum Exchange mailbox on Altis.   Map changes to try to help spawn camping. Team balance changes should now work, but we want to see how they play out.
