Im just gonna throw this out there. Take it as you will.
You just graduated high school. Most agencies might pass you over because you dont have much "life experience". Not trying to be an asshole, thats just the way it plays out sometimes. I have seen it personally. What I would recommend is go to school and get a degree in Criminal Justice or something similar that works hand in hand with an LEO career. THEN apply for the academy when you have a degree and some life under your belt.
Just my $0.02 on the matter. If Law Enforcement is what you really want then go for it. But you need to know what youre getting into as @Mitch (IFRIT) said. You need to be very very sure. If you have any doubt or reservations about the job then you need to either address that, or look at a different line of work. Im not trying to scare you away or anything like that. But it is a very stressful and also dangerous. You have to make a personal commitment to yourself when you decide it is what you want to do.

If they get revived then they can shoot you because the initiation has already happened.
After you came back to life you may have still been red for them and Red = Dead.
If you have evidence of the VDM you should head over to the reports section and fill out a player report.

I do have to agree. I have seen a loss of RP since I first started playing. When I first joined the server and picked enough peaches to buy a car, I left Kavala headed North. I got pulled over by APD (for no headlights) and the officer conducted it like a proper traffic stop. I remember leaving that encounter thinking "I want to do that on this server!"
When I am on Cop I try to RP as much as I possibly can. Those of you that have been pulled over by me know that. I conduct a proper 7 Step Violator Contact like our real deal counterparts. And I enjoy getting a good story and working with the players. That being said, you can only hear "I killed 20 people in self defense" so many times before you lose faith in RP. Personally, I think it is a 2 way street. If you want good RP from the cops, YOU need to have good RP and vise versa.
At the end of the day, it is OUR server and it will be the way WE make it. RP more and get more RP out of it.

We try to make it a point to not "fuck anyone over". That being said, we do enjoy throwing the occasional wrench in peoples drug running/collecting attempts. And we all enjoy hunting you down and stealing your redgull.

Was just about to say, sure would be nice to actually HEAR what you were saying.
So let me see if I got this right. Please correct me if I am wrong.
1.) Roll up to an active firefight and chase down a cop
2.) Demand to get lethaled and basically troll the cop while he is trying to deal with a Fed
3.) Get sent to jail by a Bounty Hunter trying to make money (And actually turning in a bounty that doesn't CL...you probably made his day)
4.) ???
5.) Come to the forums with a heavily edited video saying the APD sucks.
Did I miss anything? No? Ok. So please in the future, don't come here and shit talk what happened to you when it was your own damn fault and then provide bullshit evidence deliberately edited to make you seem like the victim of some tin foil hat conspiracy.
